I then immediately went inside and stood directly under the sign marked "Pickup." Although employees were working at the front, I was not acknowledged. After I had been waiting for minutes, an Uber Eats driver came in after me, walked past me, and was immediately assisted. I spoke up and said that I was also there for a pickup. The Uber Eats driver actually apologized to me because she realized I had been there first and explained that the employee had made eye contact with her. What bothered me most was that even after I spoke up, the employee continued assisting the Uber Eats driver, gave her the order, and allowed her to leave before finally asking for my name. The Uber Eats driver recognized that I had been passed over, yet the employee still did not correct the situation. Unfortunately, the food wasn't much better. Despite going inside as soon as the app said my order was ready, my fries were cold when I got home and were extremely salty. Some of the chicken was also fried much too hard. I was genuinely looking forward to trying Wingstop again after so many years, but between being overlooked while standing at the designated pickup area and receiving disappointing food, this was not the experience I expected.
