Ordered from Bedford for delivery at 5.40, with time promised at 6.10. By 7 was calling. Placed on hold for 40 minutes with 3 hang-ups. At 8 pm our landlord knocked on our door and said it was delivered to the back of the building. No call from the delivery driver, pizza was cold with a fly crawling on it so we had to throw it out. Maybe it's just nostalgia since I had Marco's growing up, but the pizza is always good. The service? Hmm well, now, uh, so, yea, eh, I get it that you don't get the top percentile of people wanting to throw pizza around. I'm pretty sure I got delivery once and got my credit card information stolen. Hey, probably happens all the time. So I only do pickup. It's close, and they are always on time. One time they did mess up my late night order, and I had to wait but they offered me the error for free, so that's worth it. Pepperoni, banana pepper, and jalapeño is the way to go. Standard crust. Marcos is basically the only late night food delivery option out here, so it usually hits the spot when you're hungry and just need food to show up in front of you that you can cram down your gullet as quickly as possible to make up for not eating lunch and dinner. The trick is to order the square pizza gussied up with all the extra crust topper stuff and then dip it in some jalapeño ranch. Foods consistently hot and delivered quick by nice employees--- but if we're scoring one bite everyone knows the rules the Marcos brand is about a 3.8/10. The pizza sauce is flavorless, the crust is fluffy and chewy blob of heavy dough, cheese is usually just congealed mess. Staff is really all great though, especially considering I'm the jerk who orders delivery at 9:45 when they close at 11 I've always been happy with delivery time and food temp. read more

2-27-2020slow slow slow. I'll finish this review when I can relax. 2-28-2020 By far the worst experience. Food ordered through the Marcos app at 520 and was told pick up will be ready at 552. Having worked at a pizza shop for 3 years I know " things" happen. I arrived at 551 and was greeted by a confused young man. He checked on my order and said it will be a few minutes. The store was busy and there were a lot of messed up orders. At 600 I saw an item that appeared to be part of my order placed on the heat rack with two other items. I had a total of four items. At 616 I was able to get the attention of another worker who looked into my order and said it would be 5 more minutes. If I hadn't paid by the app prior to arriving I would have walked out. 11 minutes later I saw the three it's I suspected to be mine come down with my forth item and walked to me. I was told the charges would be removed and I was not charged for the order. In my 35 minutes in the store I saw four pick up orders botched not like mine but botched no less and three delivery orders wrong or over due. Horrible service. Placed two orders over the last couple weeks. The first was for a delivery. After calling multiple times in regard to where the order was, it came an hour late and then they took it back after I asked for a refund. It took 3 calls to actually get the refund. This place is horrible. I've had multiple bad experiences with this Marcos(Our food was delivered to the wrong house, multiple order screw ups, etc.) location in the past but this one takes the cake. We ordered a (roughly) $10 salad with our meal and as we were making plates we noticed what looked to be a fly wing in the salad (1st Pic) As we went deeper into the salad container we noticed a whole 1" fly in the salad.(2nd Pic). So we called the store and the store manager (in a very monotonous voice) repeatedly offeres $8 credit for a salad we spent. We are now in the process of reporting our experience to corporate but as far as we're concerned, we're never spending another penny at Twinsburg Marcos again and neither should you. read more

I called and was listening to a msg for 15 minutes. No one ever answered. I Hung up and ordered on line. Asked for delivery for 1 1/2 hours later so they had plenty of time. 1 1/2 hours later the site said it was still being prepped. I called the store and was on hold again for 10 minutes. I finally drove to the store. I went inside and and was told that it just left the store. This was now 1 hour and 50 minutes after I ordered the food. I told them that I would not accept the order when it showed up and asked for the mgrs name so I could complain to the corp office. She said she would not give me her name and walked away. The order came to my house 26 minutes later. We told the driver no thanks. The sad part it that we love your food. My daughter used to work there years ago. The old mgr, Kim, was great.
