Boy was I wrong, seemed that half the town had the same idea. Lol. But they had two drive up kiosks to help with the line. All automated. Easy to read and understand the digital screen. They had an option for getting a discount if you subscribed to a monthly plan but I just needed a wash for the day. I liked that they had a tap option for the credit card as I don't really like putting it into credit card slot. The system alternated opening the drive up gates between the two kiosks. Drive in and put the car in neutral and went thru. It's been awhile since I used an automated car wash and was surprised and glad that at the end there was a strong drying blower that cleared all the water from the car.

When I called, Luis Castro (the founder and CEO of the business) immediately picked up. He was very polite, very professional, and thoroughly explained to me what can be done and the pricing structure. When I got to the shop, the work began promptly. And it was very high-quality. It was also nice that there was wi-fi in the lobby area, which made it possible for me to respond to work e-mails while the car cleaning was being done.
