Not only did they show a lot of thought in a professional sense, they were genuinely friendly people who were interested in the car itself and how much I enjoyed it. Adaptable too, the fact that I didn't have an outside water hookup was quickly fixed by a hose run into the kitchen faucet. Wham bam. I'm incredibly satisfied with how the job turned out. Every square inch of my car is as spotless as it was when I drove it home from the dealership.
