When I called him, he quickly diagnosed the problem and helped us with the purchase and installation of the dishwasher and disposal. I received Marc's contact info from and friend. So happy I had it! Toilet flooded on a Sunday and I was especially concerned since I live in a condo on the second floor and have a neighbor below me.
