I was in need of propane and was guided to Bove fuels by an acquaintance. Being a "Yelper" I turned…read moreto my fellow Yelpers for guidance in using this recommended supplier. Because I am a user of Yelp, I am aware most reviewers of businesses that are not restaurants, will only post reviews if they encountered negative service, it's yelper, err, human nature. Because all the reviews were negative and dated, before making a final decision, I called Bove. I explained my reservations to do business with them based on the reviews I had read. I was put in contact with Mike S. who called me almost immediately and set up a convenient time to discuss my concerns, in person. To be honest, I was thinking, oh great, they're sending me a former used lemon car sales man to convince me to give them try. Upon meeting Mike S. I immediately assessed he was an honorable person and he genuinely and frankly discussed the Yelp reviews. He stated "give us a try and see why we have been in business for xx years". I forget how many years he stated. I will update my review if needed, but currently I am quite happy with the service I am getting from Bove Fuels. I would suggest giving Bove a call if you have concerns based on these reviews. ---- Review update I have now been with Bove fuel for over one year. In that time I have had multiple deliveries, all automatic. I was contacted recently to remind me to unlock my back gate which I had a carabiner(climbers hook) affixed and had forgotten to remove. Driver stated he would do other runs and return later if gate was locked. Another call was due to my contract expiring and I overlooked the renewal letter. I called and Mike Sullivan was again very helpful in this matter. Looking forward to another year with Bove.

We were very satisfied with both the quality of the product and their workmanship, which is why we reached out to them again. This time, however, the experience fell short. We scheduled an appointment for a representative to come out and provide an estimate for a furnace (and potentially a full HVAC system, including central air and a hot water heater). The technician came to our home and gave us only a verbal quote--nothing in writing. As most homeowners know, it would be unwise to move forward without a written estimate, especially when comparing multiple companies. We specifically needed a written estimate as part of a real estate transaction that had already encountered complications. After the appointment, I followed up and spoke with our service contact, Joe B., who assured me he would email the estimate. Unfortunately, we never received anything, and because of the lack of follow-through and documentation, they unfortunately missed the mark this time. As a result, we've decided to move forward with another plumbing and heating company for this project. It's disappointing, especially given our positive experience in the past, but communication and proper documentation are essential, and this time it just didn't happen.

Truly amazed by how great this company is. In 2016 decided to build a new home. We were unsure…read morehow to heat/cool our house. Very limited options where we built. Someone suggested Geothermal. Did a little research and found this company. From the beginning, from the first meeting at their office, until the closing on my house, their professionalism, knowledge, understanding, and willing to work with me on my vision, was nothing short of exceptional. Even after the closing when I was having water issues, not directly related to the Geothermal system, they continued to go above and beyond to help address the issue and worked with me until it was resolved. The Geo system itself is incredible. It's quite, efficient, and hardly generates any electric. It's computerized as well so they can monitor the system from their office and adjust it to give me and my wallet the max benefits. I wouldn't choose any other geothermal company if you are considering geothermal. I'd choose them on their professionalism alone. Their involvement every step of the way was second to none. Start to finish, no one beats Aztech!

Can't say enough good about this company. Totally professional and trustworthy from top to bottom…read more Incredibly responsive, excellent communicators, and tops in meeting their commitments. In 2013 they installed my geothermal HVAC, retrofitting my 100 year old farmhouse without ripping it apart when they installed ductwork. They even incorporated my propane furnace (at my request) to use that blower system and provide backup heat in severe cold. When the furnace blower failed earlier this year, they replaced it temporarily with a spare furnace of theirs, and now have installed the long term solution, a hydronic air handler with electric coil for back up on severe cold. So now my heat is efficiently provided just with electricity, and since I generate my own electric with photovoltaic, I now live in a near net zero home. No more propane bill, and I've paid in advance for a lifetime of electrify, so no more electric bills! And a home that is evenly heated and comfortable all the time. If you are considering geothermal, this is the company to contact. DO NOT go to a plumber! Aztech has real engineers who calculate heat loads after testing how tight the house is and design the system accordingly, not seat of the pants like your plumber.
