I have a certificate of insurance that has no indication of any deductibles when referencing their coverage. Once I said my claim was for $ 350 suddenly there is a $ 500 deductible. Very shady characters! Find someone trustworthy to have your insurance with. I know they make their money by avoiding paying claims, but what if it was your house or vehicle?? Don't take the risk with these people.

We have excellent driving records and excellent credit. They canceled our auto insurance because we called and inquired about a potential claim. We never filed. We simply called and asked the question and we got a letter that they will not renew our insurance. When I called, they were rude and incredibly ignorant. I recommend any company other than this company. Absolutely horrible customer service and absolutely horrible business practices.

From personal experience I find that this office is ran by liars and they seem to hire incompetent staff that "screw" things up such as not enter new vehicles in properly for coverage. They tell you that your amount you owe is one thing but then later on it's more than what they told you so now the policy is termed. They also terminate your policy stating you called in to term it out due to the car being sold but then they can't prove that someone called in even though that call was never made. They tell you that they will go off the word of their employee rather than the loyal customer of more than 20 years that has never missed one payment. This is a sad agent for State Farm.
