He sounded annoyed right off the bat. I don't know why, but raising his voice, and me not having it, he hung up the phone on me. I called him back, and asked again, when is the showing?, when's the earliest move-in date?, he hung up on me a SECOND time. He's downright rude. I called and spoke to his boss, Richard, Malooly, who tried to iron things out. Essentially, required another realtor to show me the property. The overall rating of this particular firm shows these realtors do not care about their clients. Please do yourself a favor and do not do business with this firm, you will be wasting your time and energy. Especially do NOT do business with YEPENG YANG!

I'm a first time home buyer looking for a good agent to work with. I'm not going to keep calling them after the 2nd or 3rd call for an update, that's time that I'm wasting when I could be calling my girlfriend. You would think a real-estate agent would jump on a easy sale. After talking to an agent (Sam) on the phone, I told him my situation on how I have the money and I'm ready to move. He told me that he's going to send me MLS listings through my e-mail with in 1 hour of that phone call. It's been 4 days since that conversation, called him up again and he told me that he's going to send it since he had no time. He told me to check my e-mail within 20 min. A day later I was still waiting for the MLS listings and on top of that, no phone call. Do I need to throw money in there face and let them sleep with it for a night for some one to take me seriously? One of the rules I live by is that man only has one thing in life to take him seriously, and that's his word. It's one thing to be busy but if you're telling me that you want to get me a house through your company, then get me that house. Show me how bad you want my money and I would be more then happy to give it to you.

As both a renter and a landlord for almost 40 years, I have to say that I was deeply disappointed…read morewith my interaction with Vantage Property Management. While the initial month was positive when my daughter rented a property under their management, things quickly went downhill. This reached a nadir over the final two months of the lease. A number of charges were posted against the account. While I can appreciate that utilities need to be paid, I don't understand how it is possible that an entire year of charges accumulated on the management's end without any notification to the tenants. It is inconceivable to me that any company with cash flow controls would let this happen. Further, I never understood why some miscellaneous magically appeared on our bill. As an example, we were asked to pay a $100 charge for "stucco." There was no accident. There was no damage. This was suspicious. Another example of this company's bizarre management of funds is that our family received a legal eviction notice AFTER our daughter (and all her roommate) had moved out of the unit. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN?!?!?! The final straw occurred three weeks after vacating the rental unit. There was a $1300 charge against the deposit for painting. This was after getting the "all clear" from the management during the move out inspection. How is it possible that routine expenses should be charged against our deposit. Watch out for this company and be very, very cautious if you either rent from them or engage them to manage your rental property. If the way they pay attention to their cash flow is any indication to the way that they pay attention to the properties, look out!!!!! I would NEVER ever have anything to do with them in the future.
