Never received a call, email or any sort of confirmation. Secondly, my party started at noon. They arrived at 12:10 and still had to take 20 minutes to set up. I had little kids crying because the bounce house wasn't here as planned. Additionally, we ordered a bubble machine. They forgot it so they had to leave and come back which was about an hour before they came back to deliver it. Lastly, our rental agreement stated we had the bounce house for 4 hours. They delivered it at 12:10 as stated and came and disassembled it at 3:30. Would not recommend this business.
