They literally were helping us apply for permits and get this whole thing done and dusted in a week and a half. Incredible team and absolutely could not recommend them more. Also we were their first event with both alcoholic drink AND coffee on tap! So much fun and glad we got to try something new with this team. You guys rock!

They have a lot to choose from, and the prices weren't bad. Exeter was willing to change our order when we needed to, and we got some discounts. They were amazing at setting up and breaking down what we needed, and our ceremony and reception venues looked great! The Exeter showroom is also nice. There was some staff turnover during our planning process, and it seemed that unfortunately some paperwork and details did slip through the cracks in the transition. The first person we worked with was fantastic, knowledgeable and very responsive. The second person was less so. We made a CAD layout of what the venue/tent should look like, but then our rep sent the incorrect layout to the delivery crew. Luckily, the guys intuitively knew it wasn't right and didn't start setup until they had procured the correct one from us. We appreciated their experience working events at the SSC, and we still ended up getting what we needed and had a wonderful wedding day, which was great.

I would HIGHLY recommend working with them in the future. We rented a Sperry sailcloth tent for our 220 guests and it really was stunning. It was like walking into a dream. The guys did a great job setting it all up. Everything went very smoothly, and our questions were always promptly answered along the way- we were able to add on items and each time received a full invoice- I never felt that we were being "upsold" at anytime for anything. We rented pretty much all of our items from them- the tent, tables, chairs, linens, plating, bar ware, grills, griddle, serve ware-- everything arrived clean and undamaged. Look no further for one stop shopping for all your party needs!

Jump Around is a typical indoor play area for children and consists of inflatable structures. It is…read morevery fairly priced at $7.50 per child for free play times. According to their site, there are a lot of free play block of time. Kids love it. The area is tucked into a small corner of the Bedford Sports Complex and has 4 structures. Needless to say, the kids have a blast. There is a small seating area for parents and for kids to take a break. This area is an imitation hardwood floor. It is very slippery for people not wearing their shoes. Most of the gym floor has a felt covered padding, but this sitting area is not and it is very slick to be wearing socks on. Not very good planning on that. After speaking with someone about it they stated that they were aware and looking into having something laid down. That would be a smart choice. Also in speaking with the staff member, I was informed that they use Armor-all on the slide to keep them slick! This to me is an extreme hazard. Armor-all is an automobile surface cleaner. Looking at the label it states that it is TOXIC!!!! Granted the kids aren't licking the slides as they go down the slides but their hands are all over the slides. Then after sliding they go have snacks and potentially getting the harmful chemicals on what they are eating. Below is from the armor-all website: Eye Contact- Immediately flush eyes with running water for at least 15 minutes, keeping eyelids open. Get medical attention if irritation develops. Skin Contact- Wash affected area with soap or mild detergent and water. Remove contaminated clothing and shoes. Get medical attention if irritation develops. If inhaled, remove to fresh air. Get medical attention if symptoms occur. Inhalation Ingestion- If swallowed, do not induce vomiting unless directed to do so by medical personnel. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Get medical attention immediately. I personally don't think I will go there again until they fix these two major safety issues!

We recently attended a function to honor donors of a nonprofit. It was a wonderful event, no doubt in part to the attentive servers and excellent banquet facility.

There were no soap dispensers in the bathrooms, rather a few Softsoap pump soaps that they sell at Dollar Tree. Big rooms are available with little light and old carpets. From day 1 of working with Kristen, I have been thinking about how I could write a review that adequately encapsulates the quality of her services. I am in awe of the mix of characteristics she brings to the table - she is organized, logistical, and detail-oriented (like a project manager), creative and big-picture oriented (like a party planner), patient, supportive, and comforting (like a friend), and able to navigate conflict and manage expectations (like a family therapist haha). People kept asking me, "How are you doing? Are you getting any sleep??" and I consistently responded with, "I'm actually doing fine, thanks to Kristen. If she tells me to stress about something, I will - but until then, I am trusting the process and I know it will all get done." She left no stone unturned and was able to accommodate additions and changes whenever they came up. She even made some of my wild ideas comes to fruition without batting an eye (morning-of bouquet making, catered Chipotle, and a private last dance just to name a few)! Kristen navigated challenges with a few vendors, both advocating in our best interest while also maintaining professional and positive relationships. I could not have pictured this day without Kristen. I was able to enjoy it even more because it had been an enjoyable process throughout so there was no sense of resentment or stress associated with it. We had a last second hiccup with some rain that was unanticipated and she immediately pivoted into an indoor ceremony. Throughout the evening I did not have a single moment of stress or doubt, as both my wife and I knew that the event was in capable hands. Packout and cleaning was incredible, both her and our caterer worked to have the reception area spotless! Cool place for a rainy day…read more Six different bouncy houses in the space. Most of them have slides, and one slide goes really fast (fun for adults too). Age range is about 2-7. I went with my three year old, and did find it a little scary at some points went the older kids were in the same space as her, but for the most part the kids were respectful. Reason is liked it better than the others we've been to- adults can get in on the fun too, so it's not as boring standing around watching. The big slide is pretty fun, not gonna lie. The girl at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. She explained that the clean every day, and sanitize once a week. Huge plus for me because I am not a fan of little kid germs. The "open jump time" changes weekly, so check the schedule online. You can also rent the space out for birthday parties. We will be back. Thanks

We tried out Air Zone for he first time today and had SO. MUCH. FUN. My son is 2 1/2 and we have…read morebeen going to the toddler bounce time at Blitz but saw Air Zone in the paper a few weeks ago and decided to check it out. He went wild! No fear- I was nervous when I couldn't see him but then he'd pop up all smiles. There were lots of kids this morning- age ranges probably 2-8? They mentioned it was busier than usual for a Sunday, But the bigger kids were really nice considering he was on he smaller side. Front desk staff was super friendly and seemed to be making rounds, and it was so clean! We've done a lot of the kid places and usually feel like they're crawling in germs but the bounce houses and especially bathrooms were spotless. Parents are allowed to go in and bounce too which is cool- however my son was too busy to wait for me haha. All in all it was super fun and made for a very tired toddler- we'll def be back for another open jump!
