We have used Maria for approximately 4 months. She was doing bi-weekly cleaning during this period. We were paying her 170 Dollars for approximately 2 hours (2 people). Maria does not use a vacuum cleaner to clean but rather a broom. Although the house looked superficially clean after each visit a closer look would show that dust was still there, refrigerator outside was not cleaned etc. To her credit Maria used to respond to these comments positively. However things turned worse last week. She changed the appointment five times and we had to terminate her services. We have used several cleaners and this was the least desirable. read more

I hired Maria's services for a deep clean of my house before moving in, it was a complete waste of my time and money. I would NOT hire this company for a deep clean. Maybe they are fine with the biweekly services. When I requested her services, I explained it would be for a deep clean of the new house I just bought, 3 bed/3 bath, 2,500 sq feet. The whole house is wooden floors/tiles, with the exception of one bedroom that is carpet, I explained I would want that vacuumed & deep cleaned. Firstly, the cleaners (2) were 30 minutes late. I didn't mind that too much as she text me to let me know, but not exactly setting up for a good first impression. They did not have a vacuum with them, so one had to leave to go back to the office to pick it up while the other continued to clean. The one left behind didn't even have a dustpan so she couldn't sweep the floor, she had to ask my painter to borrow his. Due to painters being there at the same time (there was a delay on my end), the cleaning was cut down to only one bedroom, 2 bathrooms, the kitchen and a fridge. So while I had paid for the entire house, the painters being there were my issue so I did not try to get any type of refund for only half the house being cleaned, they instead offered to come back the next day to finish the rest of the house. She told me she would tell me what time they would come at that evening once she reviewed her schedule. I thought that was helpful. I did not hear from her that evening. I contacted her again in the morning for what time, she said that actually she couldn't fit us in anymore and that she herself would come the following day. I then went to the house (was not staying there yet due to the chemicals) and was horrified at the "cleaning". None of the kitchen was touched, not a single cabinet was wiped down (inside or out). The top of the stove had stains and crumbs all over, floor had not been touched. The fridge they "cleaned" had crumbs, HAIR and some type of red food product dripping down the entire door. The bedroom they "cleaned" still had dust & cobwebs (and spiders) all over the closet. They did not deep clean the carpet even though that's what I had requested. The inside of the vanities and closets in the bathrooms had not been touched. I called Maria right away and she was quite rude, kept cutting me off and telling me to just send her the pictures of the cleaning, and that she herself would come to clean anything I didn't like. When I explained that I genuinely did not know what they had even done for 2.5 hours given the lack of clean space, she was very dismissive and told me either that she could come the next day or that I could get a refund. Clearly she didn't care which one. I am 8 months pregnant and had multiple furniture deliveries scheduled for the following days, so just rescheduling the cleaning was not an option for me. I ended up having to do it all myself with the help of my in-laws who are almost in their 70s. She was reasonably priced, was easy to schedule and did respond to my texts/calls. However the cleaning was a COMPLETE waste of time. Again, maybe fine for small biweekly jobs. But for a deep clean when moving, I would not use this company. read more
