My insurance changed and I was looking for a new place to take my toddler. My sister in law told me…read moreabout this place and I decided to give them a shot. I scheduled a new patient appointment and over the phone everything seemed fine. The day of the appointment I arrived on time, after filling out the paper work it took them maybe 10 mins to bring me back which wasn't bad. However I noticed that the place seemed very messy. Not clean and very disorganized. The medical assistant brought us back and pinched my daughter's finger for the iron check, got her weight and height, and then sat us in a room. 35 minutes later another assistant comes in to tell me the doctor was not even in the office! She tells me that he is on his way and that he had to release a newborn from the hospital and that he forgot to tell them. I had two main concerns at this point: 1) How did THE doctor forget to tell his staff knowing he has appointments?! 2) Why is the office they are they running so messy and unclean? This assistant offered me to keep waiting another 20-30 minutes, and I declined. I would never come back. Such a bad experience in this place. Please do your research and find another office with nicer and cleaner staff too. Other offices do a better job at giving updates as well!

My daughter had been visiting to this office for many years since she was toddler, and every time the doctor say the same thing over and over about something that's not related to health wellness of my child. Recently I took my daughter to have travel vaccines before going for vacation, and my hometown has high risk of malaria disease causing from mosquitoes. Could you believe the doctor suggested me to buy OFF sprays instead of having vaccines! No wayyyyyy.... !!!!! I am going to transfer my daughter where else for a better care quality. This clinic doesn't have enough knowledge to care for your child. No, no, no and no! Goodbye

I was here recently for the first time. I was surprised about how quickly they took me into the…read moreoffice. I literally hadn't finished filling out the forms. This never happens. The doctor also came in quickly. He was efficient, diagnosed the problem, and provided suggestions. He didn't ask me anything about my dermatology history, though, which was a bit disappointing. But the doctor was obviously very knowledgable. I would definitely come to this office again.

Appt with Whitney Fisk was such a bummer. I'd been having these recurrent skin infections on my…read moreface (originally caught from my toddler blech) which landed me in urgent care several times to get antibiotics. Urgent care docs said I needed to see a dermatologist to evaluate whether i needed long-term antibiotics to deal with bacterial colonization (?!), and I was excited to see someone who could help me with the scarring and hyperpigmentation caused by the infection, which has been so embarrassing. I was really looking forward to getting help! But I've honestly never been to a less interested doctor than Dr. Fisk; she seemingly could not care less. i mentioned the recurrent infections and she said "well, good thing it's cleared up." and nothing more; she made me feel like it was silly to keep talking about it. And then I asked about the scarring and hyperpigmentation and she said, "Hmm, I'm not sure there's anything that can be done about that." And then she just stared at me blankly and said, "Is there anything else we can do for you?" FYI, I'm now seeing a different doctor and there's so much that can be done to help! I don't know why she would say that! And then to add insult to injury, it then turned out that they were wrong about being in network and so i had to pay $170 for this horrible 5-minute visit. I know doctors have off days but, just, why do this job if you don't care about people & their problems?!
