My only negative - and why I knocked down one star - is how challenging it can be to schedule with her. I don't live in Frederick and work even further away so I relied on weekend appointments for my services. Unfortunately, it seems that more often than not she is unavailable on the weekends due to using those times for teaching others in providing lash services. Of my experiences in the area, Jaimee provides the best services for the price, but inconsistent communication regarding appointment scheduling and limited availability caused me to find someone else.

I requested my eyebrows to be arched but I wanted to maintain the thickness of my brows. I literally have two different brown shapes. Only one brow is how I actually requested and was actually completed first. Which leads to me to not understand why the other brow couldn't be done the exact same. It's way thinner and is noticeably different. Having a symmetrical eyebrow shape is very important. Your staff needs to take their time with paying clients eyebrows. She did not want to trim my cuticles at all, but when I asked her to cut them a few times, she kept doing them with a Dremel. So much so that my nails became paper thin. I went back to her a second time and asked her to not Dremel my nails because they became extremely thin and all broke off very deep. So instead, she started taking a nail file and just filing the hell out of every nail bed. She said she was having trouble getting their nail polish off, but I had been to them the last two times so it was whatever they use. In the meantime, I am very sad that my nails are destroyed and paper thin. I'm not even sure If my nails can recover from this. They also nickel and dime you to death. If you want cat eye polish, it's an extra $20, if you want your cuticles trimmed it's an extra $15, everything is extra and adds up very quickly. I have been to many places over the last 30 years and I've never seen this.
