Our experience at Maria Marie was just simply amazing! This place is located at the Hyatt Zilara all inclusive resort. This restaurant had the hands down best ambiance and food we had on the entire trip. The food is presented in small portions, but there is plenty. Our favorites were the stuffed poblano pepper, Sweet corn soup, enchiladas and the vanilla soufflé desert with creamy tequila and some other spicy mexican sauce. The food was delicious, the staff very friendly and did everything in their hands to accommodate to my food allergies and vegetarian requests. Thanks to Alvirio for his professionalism and hostess and Manager for their great customer service. The food was fantastic and was the favorite restaurant at the resort. PS: Make sure you spend sometime at the bar of Maria Marie. Try some Mezcal and talk to the bartender about their tequilas. You'll be happy you did!

Nice little Mexican restaurant located near the Hyatt in Cancun. Stopped in for a late night dinner. I had the melted cheese and Mexican sausage as an appetizer must say this one was a little bit different. The sausage had and a good flavor but the cheese was super super thick and chewy kind of hard to get down. As a main course I had the braised pork ribs with baked potatoes. This was pretty good. The ribs were really tender and the sauce and a great flavor.

This is for La Adelita which is inside Maria Marie. They're only open for dinner at 6pm and serves a set menu of Mexican flavored small bites. They also have a bar which offers many verities of tequila and mezcal drinks that's not offered elsewhere in the resort. The food was tasty although not very filling. I enjoyed the bites of fresh white corn sopes with chicken, and lobster chimichangas. Don't think the menu changes, ever, so I've included a picture of the set course. Stop by here for a bite and got the buffet after if your still hungry.

I was not impressed with this restaurant after all the good reviews and recommendations. As one of the authentic Mexican places, I was expecting more. We did get to the restaurant very late, but it was dead. Definitely would have liked to be in the ambience of any other restaurant there. The food was okay, but we immediately decided we didn't need to eat here again.

Marie marie was one of if not the best dining experience we had in Cancun. The food was super amazing with every dish getting my taste buds excited for more each time, so much that I genuinely felt sad after each last bite; and our server Elias went out of his way to make our experience as enjoyable as possible. He even brought back a dangerous trick pouring firey coffee (no longer done at this restaurant) back and forth taking our experience to an ultimate level. So happy to have diner here. The food was phenomenal and the service was exceptional.

A restaurant with Hyatt Zilara. Part of the all inclusive, but had amazing, authentic Mexican food. We went back multiple times just for the desserts! Also, Guillermo was an amazing waiter! He remembered us, knew our orders and always made our dinner special.

And let me tell you, it was absolutely worth it! After enjoying resort food and drinks for 5 days, our palettes were graced with an absolutely delicious take on Latin fine dining. From the food to the service, we thoroughly enjoyed each carefully prepared dish that was bursting with flavor and complexity. We indulged in the wine-pairing along with our 7 course meal, and left completely satisfied. Our server was very kind and provided excellent service throughout the night (please forgive my memory -- I forgot his name.) But overall, we are so glad that we tried Tempo and it was worth the extra charge, despite being surrounding by several other all-inclusive restaurants! If you have the means to try Tempo during your stay at Paradisus Cancun, I highly recommend coming here. You won't regret it!

We opted for the tasting menu experience, I had the vegetarian and my partner had the regular both with a total of 7 courses and about 4-5 complementary courses. The presentation was wonderful as were the flavor combinations for each dish. The portions are perfect and if you don't fill up on bread (like we did but it's so good!) you should leave more than satisfied. The standout to me was the truffled honey ice component of a savory dish, I was also a HUGE fan of the cheese platter which was perfectly paired with sweet accents to offset the sharpness of the cheeses. After the dessert course they also gave me to very nicely decorated pistachio macarons for my birthday! If you find yourself in Cancun definitely check out Tempo. A Michelin Star Tasting Menu for approximately $100, what is there to think about? Hope you get Daniel as your waiter he is the best!

Located in the marina with both indoor and patio seating, you'll have a nice view of the water and a breeze in the evenings. My party spent 4 hours dining here for dinner; splitting a few dishes and mostly just talking with each other, the staff, and vibing to the DJ's tunes. At times the music was a little loud and I could see this deterring families with young children from sitting outside. They also push the alcohol sale here hard. As with most restaurants, I'm sure this is a big money maker for them (nothing is cheap here) but we had a person in our party who does not drink alcohol and the push was a little too pushy, even after we asked that they stop asking. We were celebrating a friend's birthday and they brought a cupcake at the end of our meal. Unfortunately, it was frozen solid in the center. Every entree and appetizer selection was excellent. I highly recommend the quesabirria and garlic shrimp! We're from the California Bay Area and the pricing here was like going out at home. It's expensive and caters to the tourist, so beware. You can also hookah here!

We were celebrating our 9th wedding anniversary and wanted a place that was fancy, non touristy and not bank breaking and zeroed down on this place. ++ The complimentary chips and salsa was delicious. I landed up getting another order of the chips ++ Cocktails. Not only were they delicious, but the showmanship was the coup de grace ++ The New York Aguachile was something else. The server cut the steak and seared it in front of us and applied all the sauces (more like vinegars), onions and guacamole ++ Try the rib eye gaoneras and the Cao Tacos. You definitely won't be disappointed We were so full, that we didn't have any space for dessert. I may have exaggerated on the 5+, but I think that's subjective and relative to competition. Among the multiple places in Cancun, this one definitely stands out.
