And let me tell you, it was absolutely worth it! After enjoying resort food and drinks for 5 days, our palettes were graced with an absolutely delicious take on Latin fine dining. From the food to the service, we thoroughly enjoyed each carefully prepared dish that was bursting with flavor and complexity. We indulged in the wine-pairing along with our 7 course meal, and left completely satisfied. The standout to me was the truffled honey ice component of a savory dish, I was also a HUGE fan of the cheese platter which was perfectly paired with sweet accents to offset the sharpness of the cheeses. At times the music was a little loud and I could see this deterring families with young children from sitting outside. They also push the alcohol sale here hard.
