I am particularly grateful to Alvaro, who was incredibly accommodating throughout the event. From the very first phone call his kindness and professionalism really stood out. As the time for the party was approaching I became anxious when most of the guest were running late due to the NYC Marathon happening the same day. I was worried that the late arrivals would throw off the vibe of the party. When I was anxious to inform the band of the tardiness they met my anxiety with gentle understanding and were so flexible, adjusting their schedule to make sure everyone had a chance to enjoy their performance. Their willingness to adapt made such a difference, turning what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and enjoyable experience. They showed up at the most perfect time, dressed impeccably, bringing incredible energy that transformed the atmosphere. As soon as they started playing, I was genuinely moved, I felt so proud of my roots. The band consists of talented musicians who were not only skilled at their instruments but also bring an incredible stage presence. They interacted with the crowd beautifully. Taking song requests and even translated some of their lyrics into English so everyone could feel included. They were perfect. My friends are still raving about their performances, many said it was the best entertainment they'd seen at a party. Partial Resolution, but Serious Issues Impacted Our Wedding Day…read more We hired Bravo Sound for our wedding on 09/27/25, and unfortunately, the DJ's performance caused significant disruptions during key moments of our ceremony and reception. Specifically: -The DJ (Rob) arrived 2 hours late, delaying the ceremony and reception timeline. -Only 2 out of 3 processional songs we submitted in advance were played. The first song awkwardly looped, and my father walked down the aisle in silence, many guests unaware he walked down at all. -The microphone volume was inadequate and guests could not hear the officiant during the ceremony, even after the officiant asked for the volume to be increased. -Due to the delay, our ceremony ended in darkness, including the vows and our first kiss. -The DJ did not play the correct timestamp for the father/daughter dance. -Unapproved background music was played. -The cake-cutting song was triggered prematurely. After raising these concerns with the vendor, they offered a partial refund of $500. While I appreciate this effort to address the problems, the issues significantly impacted what was meant to be one of the most important days of our lives. I hope this review helps other couples make an informed decision. If you do choose this vendor, be sure to confirm ALL details well in advance and stay vigilant on the day of your event.

He was extremely timely with responding to all emails and inquiries. Even though we booked very far in advance, he never dismissed any of our concerns or questions and treated us with extraordinary respect. The contract was clear, concise, and absolutely in favor of the customer. The prices were very reasonable considering their service, and they offered a number of different payment options to make it convenient. As far as the performance, all of our guests were so impressed and excited by the live music. I found them through a random Google search, so I was a little anxious that I hadn't heard them live before. It was my mom's one and only special request to have an orchestra at my wedding, so I was also nervous about making sure she was happy. From the very beginning, Franco was professional and super easy to work with. Very responsive to emails and willing to accommodate all of our (many, often last minute) requests. We asked him for a lot -- we had the group play prelude music, different music for groomsmen, bridesmaid, parents and bride processions, recession and a bunch of hymns in between. We also had him come to our wedding rehearsal, for an extra fee. For the prelude music and processionals, I gave him a list of song requests from group's extensive repertoire. For our recession, I really wanted something that was not on his list -- "Sky Full of Stars" by Coldplay. I found sheet music online and a recording of another brass band playing the song. The sheet music wasn't written in an easy key for brass instruments, but I took a chance and forwarded it to Franco. He went out of his way to find better sheet music for his team. It ended up sounding wonderful! The hymns were the most important thing for my mom. She loves big, loud, grand church music. The week of my wedding, I sent Franco a number of long-winded, frantic emails with sheet music for the hymns, tips about how to play with my church's (very slow singing) choir, my mom's instructions to play very dramatically, etc. One of the songs they had to play wasn't even in English (the verses were in Malayalam, my native language). It was very last-minute-bride of me, but Franco took it all in stride. He showed up exactly on time for the rehearsal and discussed cues, etc. with our organist. I didn't have to worry at all! And on the day of, everything went perfectly! It gave me so much joy to listen to The Chamberlain Brass play during our service. The hymns especially were marvelous and so grand -- exactly what I was hoping for! I was smiling ear to ear the whole time they were playing, they sounded so heavenly. And my mom loved it so much, I swear she listens to a recording of our wedding hymns every single day. From beginning to end, The Chamberlain Brass was definitely the vendor that was easiest to work with for my wedding, and they absolutely delivered on the day of. And he most certainly lived up to his promises. The dance floor was jammed from the opening moment. The flow throughout the evening was awesome and the range of music gave all attending reason to tell us this was the best band they had ever experienced at a reception. This was not just my daughter's wedding, it was a New Years Eve party and LUXE seized the evening. Their energy was palpable and they in turn fed off the crowds response.
