She's always been patient and supportive, especially since I've never quite been able to get used to the feeling of sugaring. I paid for a full…read moreBrazilian wax, but when I got home I realized that multiple areas had been missed and there were still several noticeably long hairs left behind. During the appointment, the wax specialist appeared to notice some of the missed hairs and began tweezing them, which became so painful that I had to ask her to stop. I understand that no service is always going to be absolutely perfect, but for the amount I paid, I expected the Brazilian wax to actually be completed and checked thoroughly before I left. I also have an upcoming trip and do not have the time to make another trip back to the location just to have a service corrected that should have been done properly the first time. What made the experience even more disappointing was that I contacted the location afterward to explain what happened and give them the opportunity to make it right, and I felt that nothing was offered to resolve the situation. I wasn't expecting anything unreasonable-- even a partial refund, credit, or some acknowledgment of the incomplete service would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, after both the quality of the wax and the way my concern was handled afterward, I don't feel confident returning.
