Made a same-day appointment and decided to walk in a little early--got helped right away, which I really appreciated. The process was quick and staff was efficient. They do have a check-in iPad system that asks for your name, number, and DOB, which I wasn't expecting and not totally sure why it's needed. Overall, ok experience and convenient service. Requested French tip, came out ok nothing special. Asked for thin and they don't look thin to me. The tech filled down my nails a lil too much. I don't think I'll be back . Maybe they specialize in fancy nails but for my line of work I've gotta keep it pretty simple. I did ask why they charge for zelle when it's usually free, the man said he didn't know yet it appeared to me that he pulled out he's phone to check receiving payment, but ok. Tracy is Phenomenal! I've had Tracy for my gel x set and 2 fills now and she's amazing. Takes her time, helps to find the right color I want and is efficient. My nails always come out beautiful and she's who I request specifically now for anything gel x. There is a newer girl working the front desk, or at least I think my first time seeing her, and she's amazing too. She's very attentive to everyone. I walked in when there was a line of people checking out to pay. I checked in on the iPad and sat down to wait. Once the line was gone, the girl circled back to check in with me and I really appreciated that - just to make sure that I wasn't overlooked even though I checked in. Prices have gone up everywhere but I love the work done here 99% of the time - the only little meh situations have been one offs they aren't huge or in any way something that deters me from going here. My finger nails are worse than a child's and the lady who did my manicure did a great job for what she had to work with. She made them all shiny and neat. She got all of the dead sling around my nails and my pedicure felt to good. The lady who did my pedicure removed so much of the Calus on my heals. I have a bad habit of walking around outside with no shoes and no one ever really gets it's all off but she did. This is just what I needed right before surgery. read more

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received today, August 13, 2026. I've been to this location before and had a much better experience, so I'm especially disappointed by how differently I was treated this time. I came in around opening to make an appointment and was greeted by Sarah, the receptionist. I was told it would be better to return around 5 PM, so I understood and made an appointment for that time. When I returned, I greeted Sarah and was directed to chair 6. Shortly after I arrived, a walk-in came in and was attended almost immediately. Within about five minutes, the walk-in was already being assisted, while I was still waiting despite having an appointment. What made the situation more uncomfortable was the noticeable change in service after a woman in a green shirt appeared to notice that I was typing a Yelp review. Shortly afterward, my pedicure technician came out. From that point, the service felt noticeably tense and aggressive rather than welcoming. I also wasn't initially given a color palette to help confirm my selection. I was taking my time choosing because it had been a while since I had treated myself, but the overall attitude made the experience uncomfortable. Once I began asking for names, the service seemed to become more pleasant, which unfortunately made the earlier treatment stand out even more. The most frustrating part was feeling as though my appointment was being treated as less important than a walk-in. I cannot say for certain why this happened, but based on my experience, I left feeling that my appearance or perceived demographic may have influenced how I was treated. That is an extremely uncomfortable feeling to leave a business with. I also overheard conversations between employees during my service that I found unprofessional and unrelated to providing a welcoming experience for customers. I want to be fair because there are clearly talented individuals working here, and I have had a better experience at this location previously. However, today's experience was unacceptable. I would recommend management pay closer attention to how appointments and walk-ins are prioritized and, more importantly, how every customer is treated regardless of appearance or perceived background. Sarah, Nina, and Cindy were involved in my experience today. Sarah, in particular, is the receptionist and appeared to understand the appointment process, which made the way my appointment was handled even more disappointing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. Talent is not enough if customers do not feel welcomed, respected, and treated fairly. read more

Diane & Lisa did my gel manicure & pedicure. They both did an amazing job I was limited on time I was in and out with 45 mins!!!!! Was in the area and needed some self care for me and my daughter. VIP Nails lounge was close to where we were staying so it was very convenient. We made an appointment because I didn't know how busy they can get. Which I highly suggest to do so. Parking: private parking Staff: I was assigned to Nina (pedi) and Tracy (mani). They were both very friendly and easy to talk to. They both did an amazing job just the way I liked it. I would definitely ask for them again if I'm in the area. They both have Venmo so that's how I gave them their tip. Leo was assigned to my daughter and wow, she's very picky and only had high praises for his work. Great Job, Leo! I've come here maybe five times in the last year. For context, I'm a stay at home mom to three young children and don't have childcare as my mom passed away after a two year battle with cancer and there isn't really anyone else other than my husband to stay with our kids. So it's rare for me to get to a nail salon these days. Whenever I get to enjoy the luxury of a pedicure, I come here and get one with Amy. She's quiet, kind, and does a great job. She also will confirm I like the color I chose by showing it to me on my nail before continuing, which I really appreciate. I used to love a chatty nail tech to gossip with, but now I just enjoy any moment I get to sit in silence. This most recent visit, I'm sitting in the chair looking through gel colors when a woman who I assume is a manager stands over Amy and shows me the menu asking which service I'd like and I point to the classic and I say "just the classic pedicure today" and she points to the classic with the callus removal and then touches my heel and looks at me with a cringing face basically trying to upsell me by telling me I have calluses. I am on a tight budget and honestly I used to get callus remover every time I got a pedicure and it never seemed to make much of a difference. I just feel sad and judged right now. I'll continue to come here because it's close to me and I have always had a good experience with Amy, but this other lady just made me feel small and gross when I should be relaxing. I guess a $5 difference in cost is worth making people feel bad about themselves to her? She also proceeded to stand over other people's shoulders and I noticed other employees looking at her and looking uncomfortable. All in all, I'd recommend this nail salon, but this lady made today's visit a little less. read more

Okay, I know that my initial review for this place was two stars and I meant to update my review sooner because this is actually my go-to nail salon since it's SO close to my house and service has gotten much much better since they've open for awhile now. I always get a gel mani and a regular pedi. I don't have a go-to girl/guy that I schedule with but all the nail techs that I've been getting have done a good job. My mani/pedis last me a good amount of time, it rarely chips prior to two/three weeks so I'm pretty happy about that! They're pretty quick too, I'm usually in and out in one hour or less. Also, I've always been accommodated right away, I never really had to wait. I'd call them before coming in to make sure they have space for the service you want if you're in a rush. The nail techs give good service too and they're pretty nice I guess for the most part haha (if you get what I'm saying). I'd say the price point is fair based on the service and quality of their nail products. I recommend coming here for mani/pedis, the place is clean too and pretty modern, they got massage chairs!! read more

Shop us clean and does ok job. These nail techs AND the patrons need to remember we are paying about $100 - $150 per hr for service. I dont make 1/2 that and half to be twice as professional as these people. They need to stop gossiping about the customers and each other!! We wear translator ear plugs now people and you all are disrespectful. & patrons..for some its a struggle for time, financially or whatever to pamper ourselves. Please leave crying babies at home or come at nap time or snacks or what have you. There has to be some point in a six day week that you can find one hour to treat yourself to pamper and be without the kids.
