What used to feel like a budget friendly treasure hunt now occasionally feels like a comedy sketch where I'm staring at a tiny plastic trinket asking myself "this cost how much?" Ebisu does have plenty of stuffed animals and the anime plushies with astronomical price tags, though. I had excitedly picked up a medium sized Stitch plushie, only to flip it over and discover it was well over $50. My heart nearly stopped. Thankfully, there are still plenty of affordable gems hidden throughout the store. My personal happy place was the stationery aisle- specifically, the glorious wall of pens. No, these aren't premium Japanese brands like Sarasa or Pilot. They're made in China pens, but they're outrageously adorable. At just $1-$3 each, they practically hopped into my basket on their own. I spent an embarrassingly long time admiring colors, clicking pens, and convincing myself I absolutely needed the extra whimsy. My inner pre-teen was beyond giddy. I'm pretty sure I reach peaked serotonin in that aisle. As an unexpected bonus, I also found corn sticks in the snack aisle- a snack I pretty much inhale. Between the stationery treasure trove, nostalgic snacks, and surprisingly solid skincare section (Dr. Jart masks for just $10!), this store managed to hit every one of my weak spots. The cashier was also super sweet! I can absolutely see myself wandering back in the near future- probably for sunscreen, skincare, and definitely not for more pens. They got most of the stuffs that I like but they do have seasonal sales that could go up to 75% discount so...something I got things at really cheap and by luck too. Service is slow but friendly so can't say much. There is only one cashier at the register and I only see 2 only during holidays. Overall, they got what I needed and by luck, they're on sales. Parking is easy since they have their own parking and the store is clean, bright and airy.

I waited approximately 10 minutes for assistance. I politely tried to get the attention of the manager, who was working in the photo area, but he either did not hear me or chose not to respond. I waited a few more minutes, and still no one came to assist. After repeatedly waiting without help, I raised my voice simply to get someone's attention. Instead of receiving assistance, I was asked to leave the store--despite the fact that there were no cashiers available and no help provided. The store felt like it was running unattended. I have video footage showing how empty the registers were during this time. I do not recommend this Walgreens due to lack of customer service and poor management. I will be contacting corporate to report this experience.

They told me to come back at 6 PM; I arrived at 6 PM and they said it was still being processed and to return in 15 minutes. I came back an hour later and it was still being processed. I had to leave without the medication and look for other alternatives. It's unbelievable how long the lines are with so many people waiting to be helped. The frustration is not just from one person, but from many customers. What is happening with Walgreens? The quality of service has really gone downhill, and this is not acceptable

The facial was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep twice! Her touch was unbelievably gentle, and she worked the products into my skin so effortlessly that the entire experience felt like a face massage. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and with a few skincare products to take home. Honestly, I'd stop by again just for the café alone, but the spa experience made it even more special. The tuna onigiri was alright, but the chicken one was addicting. So much more flavorful. I also tried the cream soda in the strawberry flavor and it was AMAZING on a hot day of walking around. I was probably annoying everyone in the workshop by sipping on it every few seconds. We previewed some of the skincare and makeup there. I definitely want to try a a facial here sometime!
