Doesn't matter how long your a customer with them and you give them your business for years. They treat you like shit and give you Attitude. I always recommended people to go there but after this. I will tell everyone not to go there at all bad service and if your a customer for years then even treat you worse because they have your business. Don't recommend this to anyone. read more

I can't speak much for flower prices because I only buy so many... but I purchased a bouquet of a dozen roses which came down to a total of $32.70 (including tax) I walked in and saw that she was finishing up with another customer. They were both speaking a language other than English and therefore I began to sweat a little because here I am, a young lady who only speaks English... I felt like she would have gotten the impression that I'm only there to look and not buy so when it was my turn, I cut to the chase. When I made it obvious that I was purchasing, her face glistened with joy. The lady was pretty adorable... lol. The place is small but there are many flowers. The bouquet was very pretty and the service was great. First impressions are everything, right? read more

This review has been long overdue. I came in a while ago (maybe in the July) to pick up some flowers for my friend, as she recently had a baby. Everyone was very nice and attentive. I had a specific budget for the flowers, and they took VERY good care of my needs. The arrangement that I got took about 10 minutes for them to put together, and it was HUGE. I couldn't believe it. They really know customer service. I got their name from a client, that was a long time customer of theirs, and I will continue to be so as long as I live in the valley. In fact, I will be going back tonight to get flowers for my mother's birthday. read more

I am never someone to leave a Yelp review, but this company TRULY deserves it. Everyone should know what amazing staff and ownership this company has. Back in August, we had a loved one pass away unexpectedly. The following day was filled with much grief but at the same time hours of planning for a memorial. I instantly called Mariam's flowers and asked if they could put together 5 - 6 arrangements and deliver them by 4:00 pm ... the same day! I spoke to a gentleman over the phone and explained the last minute situation. My only request was that these were not sad flowers, but more a celebration of life. Not only were they able to accommodate a very last minute request of 5 - 6 LARGE arrangements, they delivered them not only on time but EARLY!! They were by far the BEST arrangements I've ever seen. They were bright and truly a celebration. They made the home a little sweeter during a very difficult time. I cannot thank these beautiful people enough for coming through in such an important time. Since then, I've purchased every set of holiday and birthday arrangements and will only purchase from Mariams. read more

Clearly so they can shoot higher prices so when it coems to pay, my reciept can reciept will reflect the "discounted" prices which really are the same as any walk in customer. Today I remembered that they've asked me to tell them the business I am with before making my choices and I did just that. After my purchase, I compared the costs to past reciepts and sure enough, they were not discounted. I checked the cost sheet they have posted in the floral room and it confirmed that I have been charged the same as any walk in client. When I KINDLY confronted the owner about it, he got defensive and told me he will be closing my account and will not be honoring a discount. What a joke of a human being and business man. Any business that makes sleasy moves like this should not be supported. For those of you still giving them business, BE SMART and don't get taken advantage of. For those of you who choose not to support a business that does this, you can purchase from So Cal Wholesale Flowers. They are nice, helpful and will even replace your choice if florals that are not in perfect condition with a new bunch without asking you for the one you picked back.

I thought I was going to get some 'on the way out flowers' since they are supposed to be the stores left overs but they were so pretty! I don't get flowers anymore because my allergies don't allow it but it was for someone else so I figured I'd give it a try and they were so worth it. Called to purchase flowers for delivery for Mother's Day. Mariam said she is booked for the day of Mother's Day and she can deliver on Saturday, a day before. I agreed. We also confirmed the type of arrangement and flowers by phone. The day came and went Mother's Day passed half day and there was no sign of delivery. I called to confirm and Mariam told me that she had forgot about the order and said I will deliver right now. She delivered in the evening. The arrangement was not what we agreed on and the flowers were not what we talked about. She also put less flowers. I called back and she said sorry but I don't have flowers if you want you can come pick up the rest when you go to your moms house. I was shocked! At the end of all this I was charged for less flowers in the arrangement, I was charged for paying with credit card and I was charged for delivery fee. I called my credit card to confirm the amount and turns out she charged more than what we had talked about. Please be aware with Mariam's service. read more

I'm not scared by your "security footage" threat when this is the way you display yourself online for everyone to see and I see that MANY people have the same experience as me. Absolutely nothing you are saying is true and arguing with a customer when you're at fault is so unprofessional and childish of you. Spreading lies online to make yourself feel better to keep up with your already negative reputation and going after clients (THAT INITIALLY WANTED TO SUPPORT YOU) for a bad experience for YOUR wrong doing is unbelievable. For curiosity I bought flowers from other flower shops but no one can beat the value and the quality like Mariam's .
