When you arrive downstairs, call from your car and check in with the front desk. Nadine will let you know if it's ok to come and sit in the waiting area. This area is very small, they have only 8/10 seats in the front. Plus 4 examining rooms around back. Only one person at a time getting worked on, with a hygienist and a Dr. Doctor Alyssa Levintov tended to me, but I think that they rotate at different locations. Yes, one has to fill out paperwork out front and plus they take your temperature in the waiting area. I felt very safe with all the measures that is adhered to here. Even sanitizing all equipment and wrapping up before and afterwards. Never really minded going to a dentist before or especially now.

However, his staff (billing…read moreperson) was rude and yelled on the phone after I told her they billed incorrectly for a regular cleaning (they submitted as a more specialized cleaning). My insurance asked for more information which they refused to send. When I asked the staff about it, the woman yelled at me on the phone and said if I didn't pay it would go to Collection at which point I said fine and told them I would never go back. If you have anything done, be sure to ask questions up front about billing codes and such. They will try to overcharge and collect for it.

I have had an extreme fear of the dentist ( due to past experiences)which resulted in not going for 2-3 years or on and off , instead of the recommended 6month period. Finally I decided to go because of pain I'd been having in my tooth. I can't emphasise enough how good this dentist is, especially if you have a fear like I did. I felt NO PAIN during any of the visits and was kept informed throughout the examinations! FOR ONCE IN 24 years of my life I left the dentist office with a smile, no pain, no bleeding cuts, and a whole new perspective. Can you believe that I was actually looking forward to my next appointment (which by the way she booked me for an appointment 2 days after my first consultation ) very fast . She fixed my two small cavities and my two chipped teeth . The appointment was for December 24th. They called and cancelled it and rescheduled for December 31st without any regard for my time. Then, one day before the rescheduled appointment, they called again and cancelled -- for the second time. No apology, no solution, nothing. To make matters worse, the receptionist was unbelievably rude. When I asked to speak to a manager, she deliberately put me on hold for an extended period, came back on the line, and then hung up on me. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. This office clearly has zero respect for patients or their schedules. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
