She was also very pleasant, answered all of my questions honestly, and made me very comfortable. Usually going to the dentist is an overwhelming thing for me, but everyone in the office really made me feel better. Even the hygienist (I forgot her name, but she took my xray photos) was super nice and answered my questions about the xrays. I ended up starting a 12 month plan with them. I paid $350 and thats covered my visit for that same day and also my next cleaning visit, plus I get 15% off future services -- like my fillings I am going back for in 2 weeks. I took a several year hiatus from dentistry after some painful experiences at another practice…read more After meeting Dr. Rahool Patel at the recent Mercer County Woman's Expo in Robbinsville, I decided to give him a try. The office is conveniently located on Route 130 in East Windsor in a dedicated building with private parking lot. Upon check-in, I was greeted by Dr. Patel who informed me that the practice is a paperless office. There was no form on the ugly brown clipboard - he took my dental insurance card and drivers license and took care of the rest. The exam room is modern and features a flat screen TV where you can view X-Rays and photos in real-time. Appointments can be done using the office's email and text messaging systems. Love that! Most importantly, Dr. Patel is an excellent dentist - my procedure was comfortable and he checked throughout to make sure that I wasn't in pain. Dr. Patel is very personable. No underachiever, he also holds a DDS degree from NYU with honors. 5-stars!

I faced outrageous treatment when I took my daughter who chipped her front tooth to this doctor. It…read morewas a costly job so initially I was relieved when the friendly staff told me that they have a credit plan that they can offer me and that they offer to all their regular patients. However, once the doctor who had not heard my conversation with the staff glanced at me from down the hall everything changed. He walked over to the the people at the front desk and let them know that he could not offer me any credit. Suddenly, the offer of credit that the that his staff had offered was withdrawn. I had a history of paying him in full in the past for smaller jobs so there was no logical reason for this reversal. I believe I was denied the service that they typically give "all" their patients ...remember that's what the administrative staff told me ..because of the color of my skin. I believe they withdrew the offer because the doctor saw that I was black. The timing was almost immediate. When I confronted the staff with my beliefs they just laughed at me and said that I was ridiculous but could give no other logical explanation. If you are someone doesn't wish to support businesses that treat people differently based on their appearance stay away from this guy.
