As a visitor to the area, I was quite surprised at the show prices. Prices here are some of lowest I've seen in years, anywhere! Currently, the most anyone will pay is just $8. I was shocked to find out that shows are just $5 on Tuesdays...all day! I didn't check out the concession prices but would imagine prices aren't too outrageous because you need to move product eventually. Pandemic protocols are in place. It's been a long time since I've been to a theater as they're under a mandatory shut down back home. There are some plexiglass barriers in place here and workers wear mask. But no all of the audience members were using masks. But there were only 8 of us in this particular screening room. This theater only has four screens but I think that's probably the right about for the area. If you're a regular movie goer (mostly from any big city) you probably quite aware of the current tread toward fully reclining seats. Well that level has not reached this location yet. You'll find large and long screening rooms here with conventional seating. My seat about mid way from the screen did not rock or recline at all. It seemed to sit a bit low. The cloth seat wasn't hard, but it wasn't soft either. I would say it is very similar to an airline seat in terms of comfort. The thing that I quickly realized was that if anyone had chosen the seat in front of me, that my view would be severely impacted. The staff I encountered were nice and the theater was really clean. There are definitely a few minor trade offs here, but you can't beat their low prices. No objections to seeing another movie here.

After the manager finished assisting the customers in front of us, she walked away and left my daughter and me standing outside in the cold. I took it upon myself to walk inside and told my daughter to go ahead and sit inside the theater while I waited to be assisted. The manager then rudely asked if I had my ticket. I told her yes, and as I approached her to show it, she told me I had to go back outside and wait in the cold. I explained that I would step back outside once someone was available to assist me. At that point, she raised her voice and stated that she did not have to let my daughter and me watch the movie and that we could be refunded instead. I then asked another employee if he could scan my ticket. He politely agreed, but while he was scanning my phone, the manager told him not to give me a ticket and to refund us. I informed him that my daughter was already inside the theater. He apologized and said the manager instructed him to issue a refund anyway. As we were leaving, I asked for a receipt for the refund and was told there was no receipt upon getting a refund. I then asked who the manager's superior was and was told that there was no one above her. Given how very disrespectful and unprofessional this situation was especially in front of my child--I felt forced to contact the police after walking my daughter to the car. I will never return and do not recommend this location to anyone.

Upon entering the theater it looks really out of date; like 1980's style. You buy your movie tickets and order drinks & snacks at the concession stand. Then you enter one of the numbered theater rooms which we were in Theater 3. Upon walking in to the theater room you really notice how outdated the theater is. The seats are old and uncomfortable and it smelled like puke. Not really a good experience when it comes to atmosphere. I will give it to the young lady working the concessions stand; she was very polite and helpful.

I've found the subject matter is relevant social concerns & appreciate the thought put into the offerings. The Theater Director, Herb, is warm and welcoming. Some snacks are offered by donation ( for drive-in), traditional concession is closed. Restrooms are available. Bring your chairs and get comfy in from of your vehicle. Booking tickets online is easy, I was able to use ApplePay.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I tried calling this theater many times, and every single…read moretime, someone picked up the phone only to hang up on me. It wasn't just a dropped call -- the phone would stay connected for a few seconds, sometimes longer, and then they would hang up. This happened over and over again, more than 10 times. It's obvious someone was intentionally answering just to disconnect the call, which is incredibly unprofessional and frustrating.
