Seats are horrible, my toes barely reached the floor and my foot cramped up once I got up and started walking. The Regal is very nice now that they have totally rebuilt it. The concession stand is clean and they do their best to quickly serve everyone. The theaters have comfortable seats and are relatively clean. It definitely beats driving all the way to the beach to see a movie. So happy they reopened this theater. read more

Just watched Twisters in 4DX , it's part of our summer "bucket list" and DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! The theater is top notch! Service was wonderful, employees were kind and courteous. We loved having the full bar as an option and the lounge area in the lobby. Food lines were quick. The theater itself was clean and the seats were very comfy. Chairs have the option to turn off the water if that's something you don't want to experience...The motion theater and effects really made the movie come to life... WOW! The air, the rain, the thrills of the twister, all while sitting in a theater, INCREDIBLE!! We drove 1.5hrs to go to the theater and it was well worth the drive. We cannot wait to see another movie there! Great time!! WELL DONE!!! read more

For a new theater the lobby was dirty. The tables were sticky. The employee had no idea how to even sign into his pad to scan our tickets. He got a manager who also could not sign into his tablet. We had to wait in line for a kiosk and get printed tickets. We had digital ones, so needless waste. The seats are awful. Someone said they were good for her 5'6" size. I am 4'11" and my feet do not touch the floor. The seats do not recline like other theaters, just a bit of a manual push back. For nearly 3 hours my feet either dangled or I had to try to sit criss-cross in order to be a little comfortable. We have the unlimited pass and they charged us an extra $1.50 per ticket. The manager did say we should not have had to pay an extra fee since our movie was in a standard theater. Our movie was scheduled at 8pm. We were subjected to over 8 minutes of commercials before the half hour of previews. I am here to see a movie, not go on Disney cruise or Wendy's. Literally 3 commercials for a cruise. Finally our health was greatly impacted due to bad cases of Covid so walking can be difficult. We were not prepared to have to climb the stadium seating to our seats. The whole experience was not pleasant. I suppose we will just to the theater in Panama City beach. read more

No human ticket sales windows. all kiosks. terrible. huge delays with people trying to use their phone apps. lobby shows nasty rated r previews with a million kids standing there watching. balcony seat area has no railing and a person is absolutely going to fall over it. theater never got dark. you could see people the whole time. $10 Pepsi. only 4 lame flavors of soda. they sell food combos but don't give you a cardboard food tray to carry it. stupid. won't go back. read more

While the theater itself is very beautiful, I have been twice; both were the worst experiences I have ever had. The cost of tickets and snacks was about 200.00 for each visit. The first time the sound was so loud made it impossible to enjoy the movie. The second time I did not know I purchased 4DX seats. My drink was flat before the trailers were finished. Popcorn was everywhere. I was seasick among other things I won't even explain. I give it zero out of 5 stars and highly recommend finding somewhere else to enjoy a movie. While some may enjoy such nonsense, I did not. Make a way for people to adjust the intensity of the seat and make the drink holders not part of the movement so the soda stays fresh. read more

I am handicapped and I was truly impressed with the theater, it has a ramp to get to the doors and an elevator to take you to the handicap accessible chairs. The theatre is very clean, the staff willing to help, and the chairs are exceptionally comfortable. Much thought was given into planning the theatre to accommodate the handicapped. I only had one problem, upon leaving though. I was exiting on the exterior ramp, when people started to exit through the black doors, nearly pushing me off the ramp. People exiting couldn't see me, as the door blocks their view until it's fully opened. Thanks for thinking about the problems facing the few who still enjoy a good movie. read more

Ignore any review b4 July '23. The newly rebuilt megaplex is very spacious and nice. Easy parking also, has an elevator. Huge lobby with giant ad screen and decent seats. Restrooms are clean - but the joint is NEW! Eleven theater auditoria. Some more basic 2d with ok seats. Nice stadium style but not the power, luxury seats of the day. These are fairly comfortable with a minimally reclining seatback, manual not power. Drink holders are ok. The 4dx version has movable, racing style seats with air, water, vibration, pitch and yaw. Our one experience was not particularly well received. The motions seemed over exaggerated and not well suited or timed to the movie. One may turn off the water mist function but apparently no other controls. The concession counter is large and well stocked. However, long service times. Due in part to the regal movie app which is very poorly designed and not laid out for easy understanding. The clerks have to help most people with purchase offers and validation. So, very long service times, even with numerous lines open. Most clerks are friendly but there's no hustle. There's a hot food and alcohol bev counter, as well. As expected, ALL concession prices are high, with some specials and " discounts" for club card members, which are use or lose. The manager seems friendly but has a lot to do. Theatre temperatures have been very cold. We bring blankets, jackets, etc. The overall facility is 4 stars. read more

Went here while on vacation. Loved it! After all the 'how big can we get' theaters around my house, this was very refreshing. Staff was actually friendly and the place was clean. Looks a little small from outside but that's part of the appeal. No huge crowds. The decor inside instantly took me back to my movie going days as a child in the 80's. Very nostalgic. PRE- I have been coming to this theater for over twenty years, this breaks my heart. I have considered making a rating of this place for quite some time, albeit this is going to be the review of just the last time we were there, similar situations have happened for my wife and I the last few visits. We waited in the line for concessions which is no big deal but when it was our turn the 5'3ish blond behind the counter was not very personable. We asked for a wine and a Stella and smartly she said 'Well, each time you come back I need to see your ID again and you get only three drinks maximum'. I work in Security, Customer service, and the service industry... presentation is key while informing guests of policy but this girl was obviously just there for a paycheck. My wife asked for a wine and the girl could not find the 'Wine Keycard' to serve and told my wife and I 'Im not going to be able to get it for you without the card, and my manager doesn't have his radio on him and its just a few of us, but feel free to come back later...' COME BACK LATER? DURING A MOVIE FOR THE CONCESSIONS THAT WE GOT THERE EARLY FOR?!?!?! I did so to speak with the manager and I hung out for about ten minutes waiting for him to show up while the same girl ignored me and other guests wound up inquiring if I was in line or if I was ok or not. I can pay for a movie anywhere, I used to like this place because of hospitable service and friendly faces and genuine problem solving gumption. I did NOT get the level of satisfaction that I paid for, movie was great, the worker(s) not. EDIT- I thought this was going to be date specific so I am adding the last few experiences. Roughly a year back a very similar situation. We waited in line for a while (not complaining about the time) but when we got up to get a wine we were told 'Sorry, Manager on duty is not old enough to legally be responsible for alcohol'. Would have been great if they put even menial effort into informing guests of this as they wait in line. My wife and I rarely drink out, but when we do I like to think the controlled environment of a theater is convenient. Have a drink, enjoy the movie, head home or elsewhere... No reimbursement for our time wasted when all we wanted was a wine, wasted our time in line. Just did not get the service that was advertised. This place holds so many memories for me but now I feel I would rather drive to Pier Park or even to Tallahassee for a premier movie event than to support this theater further, unless there is a great, true transformation of the guest services and policies. read more

MOVIE PRESENTATION: Went to the 1230 showing of Batman v Superman in theatre #1 on Easter 2016. Movie was unusually very dark. Darker than it should have been. It didn't help that the aisle lights were brighter than what was on the screen, nearly drowning out the movie. The screen needs to be tightened as folds could be seen in the bottom corners. The front channel of the sound system needs to be louder, actually all the channels. I couldn't tell if the surround sound was working. Too many trailers. 15 mins is too much. 10 mins is sufficient. Also there shouldn't be R rated trailers on a PG-13 film. Pre-show entertainment was blacked out until about 5 mins before the start of the trailers. CLEANLINESS: Since I attended the first show, the theatre was very clean. Cleaners were standing by at the conclusion of the movie. Ticket price for a matinee is the average for the 3 theatres in the area. I didn't buy snacks. read more

My review is for today, 1 July, 2018. We were not overly impressed with this theater. First, when we arrived to purchase tickets there wasn't anyone in the box office. We walked inside to see if that was where we bought the tickets and were rudely told to go back out front, someone would be there in a minute. Second, there were only 2 registers open and the lines for both were backed up into the theater lobby. 3rd and lastly, we ordered popcorn and received some of the oldest, over-cooked popcorn and couldn't eat it because it was so bad. Perhaps if these issues are taken care of, it might be more pleasant to view a movie in this theater. 2 stars is only because the tickets were inexpensive today. read more

Absolutely horrible. Got to ticket window no one in line 20 mins early for a 7 pm movies actually had to walk in to get someone to come sell me a ticket. To add to it waited 5 mins for a drink. Nope not done yet then sat in theater with 8 others to have movie start with the lights on and they waited until 10 minutes after asking some one to turn them down, when asking the guy he said I will be there soon. I've seen a few movies here, not a bad place to catch one. My only issue is it seems the screens are too small for how big the seating areas are. And the walls are very thin so it's kind of annoying hearing the movie in the theatre next to you throughout your whole movie. But they do have Icees! read more

The ticket window attendant was friendly, and the ticket price was reasonable. The theater was clean and in good repair, although it could use some redecorating to freshen it up. This place was pretty terrible. The seats were far away from the screen and the floor lights were extremely bright so that the screen wasn't clear. The worst part is that as we were watching The Avengers midnight release, after about 2 hours in, the film started playing backwards and upside down. But worse that that. 30 Minutes after asking him if the temperature could be raised. My fingers are still numb. I found him entering another movie suite, again already in session. He'd informed management. The other attendant spoke up, it will take awhile. The same attendant who advised me that the Starbucks coffee made an hour ago, was not good. No offer to make more.
