I took it upon myself to walk inside and told my daughter to go ahead and sit inside the theater while I waited to be assisted. The manager then rudely asked if I had my ticket. I told her yes, and as I approached her to show it, she told me I had to go back outside and wait in the cold. I explained that I would step back outside once someone was available to assist me. At that point, she raised her voice and stated that she did not have to let my daughter and me watch the movie and that we could be refunded instead. I then asked another employee if he could scan my ticket. He politely agreed, but while he was scanning my phone, the manager told him not to give me a ticket and to refund us. I informed him that my daughter was already inside the theater. He apologized and said the manager instructed him to issue a refund anyway. As we were leaving, I asked for a receipt for the refund and was told there was no receipt upon getting a refund. I then asked who the manager's superior was and was told that there was no one above her. Given how very disrespectful and unprofessional this situation was especially in front of my child--I felt forced to contact the police after walking my daughter to the car. I will never return and do not recommend this location to anyone.
