They also come in a red or green salsa. The red salsa is habanero based so it was too spicy for me, but that green salsa was amazing. Will definitely be back and this time I'll see if they can grill the Quesa Birria more so I can get that crispy texture. Staff are very friendly and fast. There are no seating areas. This is a food truck parked in the Shell gas station parking lot so parking is very small and limited. It's probably easier to place a phone order so you're not taking up Shell's gas pump spots.
