Both were very delicious. I favor the Quesa Birria more, although, I wish they cooked it more for the crispiness as I've seen on the food channels. This is a food truck parked in the Shell gas station parking lot so parking is very small and limited. It's probably easier to place a phone order so you're not taking up Shell's gas pump spots.
