I previously had a balance of which was paid in full; made an office visit, came to the visit & was told that I had to pay out of pocket for my office visit (due to previously being in collections). I expressed that I did not know about this policy, I wasn't informed about policy prior to & I have full dental insurance coverage. The Office Manager didn't even attempt to come & speak with me regarding this matter. I was refused care because did not to pay for my visit upfront, to later reimbursed by my insurance company. This is so inconvenient for me because I moved to Las Vegas, NV the week my procedure was done. I spent so much of my hard earned money to not be able to even open my mouth around people and it's stopping my work because I'm in the entertainment business where I'm constantly in front of cameras. And now I'll prolly most like have to cancel my work and my birthday this year which is on Dec, 17th. I don't know how they will work with me to get this fixed but I hope it's fast because I just read a article that say the longer I wait the more the tooth rotten and starts hurting.. hopefully they can figure this out far as covering my expenses or either refunding me so I can get proper work done. Dr. Picard and his extremely helpful staff made me feel at ease and explained things in detail so I could make the best decisions about my care. I ended up going with just a local anesthesia and it was more than fine. They did everything you'd expect from an oral surgeon's office, sending me home with a bag of gauze, instructions, when to call, etc as well as a new soft toothbrush. The receptionist even called me a few hours after I got home just to see how I was holding up. Classy and appreciated! The address is on Madison, but it's actually best to park behind the building (between Morrison and Carabel) and enter that way.

Had I wanted it done sooner, they actually had an appointment opening within a week as well. Day of the procedure everything went fine. Everyone was really nice and since I didn't have to be put to sleep, the doctor and his two surgical assistants communicated to me throughout the duration of the procedure as to what was going on. I was sent home with a soft toothbrush, Sockit gel wound dressing and clear instructions on icing, care, etc. I was also given a pain prescription, but ended up not needing it. Afterwards I was able to get an appointment on the same day I called when I was experiencing after surgery pain. Everyone in the office was really nice and friendly and genuinely seemed caring and concerned about how I felt. I never felt rushed or an inconvenience. The two surgical assistants were super friendly and approachable and were willing to answer lots of questions. They were both genuine conversationalists which worked wonders for getting your mind off why you were there. Dr Picard himself was very personable and willing to answer any questions as well. He came off as very knowledgeable and confident which made trusting him to do what was needed easy. If I ever have any oral concerns in the future, I will definitely keep this friendly practice in mind.

I mean, for hell's sake, I once reviewed a Time and Temperature sign in Bowling Green, Ohio. Anyhoo...I've been going here for five years, as long as I've lived in Lakewood. I got a crown four years ago that has never given me trouble, a historically good sign that you have a solid dentist. And I even heard her complain to me once about dentists that pile on unnecessary services. So that's pretty cool. AND she actually had current issues of good magazines, not just a copy of Field & Stream from 1997 like my old dentist.

I was a new patient and the hygienist had a lot of issues taking the x rays. At one point another hygienist came in the room without wearing a mask. Saw a few other hygienists walking around the halls without masks on, so COVID or patients are not taken seriously at all here. This was extremely annoying, especially since my mask had to come off so I could have my teeth examined. After almost 30 minutes of x rays, the doctor took a look at my teeth and said "ok let's schedule a cleaning in a few weeks, we're out of time today". I had already taken off work and was under the impression I'd have a new patient exam as well as a cleaning that day. So I told them I wanted a cleaning that day due to a busy work schedule and they finally gave me one. Not sure if they could have charged me more for coming back or something. Overall, a weird experience. Don't recommend. Dr Albano might be good, but whoever bought her practice out is not.

I had one tooth on the BOTTOM that was shifting because of age. He fitted me for an Invisalign and then used a spacer on ALL my teeth top and bottom, I asked him why he had to put space between my top teeth as they were fine,, his response was so they can shift and not be so close,, So I went through the whole process of wearing Invisalign and when I was finally done, He did some adjusting and then filed away my bite and did some kind of indenting on my molars which has since caused food to lodge itself in them, and besides brushing, I now have to dig with a pic to get the food out of my molars, and then he was gone from the practice I was told there were a lot of complaints about him. in steps Dr Todd Russell, Somewhat better but every time I voice to concern to him, he'd laugh it off, So today, knowing I was due for a check up, I called the office to find out there is no one there anymore did not receive any notification that the office was closing and the Dr. Russell was moving someplace else until the offices answering machine informed me some kind of notice would've been nice. I am totally disheartened and just want to get my medical record sent someplace else which I will do as soon as I find highly recommended Dentist. The five star rating is for Dr. Palladino's practice. He is so missed.

Called today because I need an extraction and they can't access my account and said I'd have to wait like 30 days for them to do an accounting audit. Really? Not ok with that. With technology today, you should be able to access a person's account immediately. Therefore I requested a refund from my account which the credit was substantial and am now looking for a new dentist.

Not only is the staff friendly and knowledgeable, but they didn't make me feel embarrassed about not having been seen in a while. Alycia did my cleaning and Jessica did my husband's cleaning. Both ladies were friendly, gentle, and explained everything they were doing and the why behind it. Dr. Fike came in and introduced herself and discussed the practice and the services they offer. There was no pressure to agree to any of the other services they provide, like clear aligners for cosmetic purposes. Karen at the front desk was so accommodating and cheerful. There were a few other ladies in office who were also friendly and greeted us, but I didn't catch their names.
