This spot was a bit out of the way for me however the town is so nice we made a day trip of exploring the north fork. Being a fan of Ricky Teevees designs, this was a must go! This place is huge, the layout is fabulous. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was rather busy. The displays of everything are perfect & the space feels very lived in. Price wise this spot is up there however it's real vintage stuff. I didn't need any help however the staff seemed nice and played some good music :)

The sales are terrific and bring me into the shop, and then I end up purchasing items that are truly lovely on me-- They fit well and are not what you would see in Macy's, where I no longer shop. The shop is comfortably stuffed, and the staff, Carol and Sydney, are truthful and helpful. They want you to be happy with your purchases; they want the items to reflect you. That is their goal. One of the ladies working overheard me and rushed to the back to find the cutest, vintage embroidered jacket for me. If only it had fit me and was not $245. They told us that all the prices could be negotiated, even the clothes that were already discounted. The ladies working here really made this place special. If you are looking for something, they will help you find it. They also told us that they are putting new items on the floor every day. There was also a large assortment of designer pieces, such as Chanel and Louis Vuitton. Kim is the very best! My husband and I have been using Kim for about 5 years now. After having…read moreissues with very irresponsible property mangers on the island we finally found Kim. Kim is organized & on top of everything. Living only part time on Shelter Island Kim makes me feel as if I have my best friend watching out for me. Kim helps with organizing workers, picking up packaged, putting out our outdoor furniture in the spring and away in the fall. She even suggests things I may need done, gutter cleaning, shutting off the water in the winter, she sees everything and reports back. Very important to me is communication and she is there anytime I need to discuss something that needs her attention. We also rent our home a few times over the summer, Kim checks them in and out and is there if they have any questions. Its almost hard for me to write this as I want her all to myself and my review will help your decision easier to make as its a no brainier! Kim is the best on the Island, hands down!
