Choosing this school was the best decision for my family! My son started with Mrs. Marie when he was 3 years old. She is one of the most dedicated teachers I've ever met! This is a Faith- based school using in my opinion one of the BEST curriculum's out there. Mrs. Marie really loves these children. Her hard work, patience and dedication shows through them. My son is now 5 years old, knowing how to read, write, spell some of the hardest words and most importantly he can recite many Bible verses. I can't leave out Mrs. Julie and Mrs. Sheyla who we also adore just as much! I'm truly thankful for Marie Preschool and we are sad that our time has come to an end, but grateful knowing that the foundation has been laid and now my son is ready to start kindergarten. Enrolling your child is truly the best educational investment you can make at such a young age. The impact this school has had on my daughter has been incredible! When the pandemic arrived in 2020, my family learned the true value of a great educator, Ms. MARIE. She quickly pivoted to Zoom Learning, with methodologies that encouraged participation and retention. All of this happened when other well-funded schools were trying to figure out what to do with their kids. My 4 year-old child learned how to read, do math, sing, and even dance during a year when many children and parents struggled. We were truly blessed for Ms. MARIE. Fast-forward to the 2020-2021 school year, we were so impressed with the modifications of plexiglass, social distancing measures, and procedures for when a suspected outbreak happens. Our child was safe and protected the entire year, and excelled at reading. Our child ended their TK year with Ms. MARIE being able to read 2nd-grade books, and transitioning to chapter books as they start kindergarten. We actually commuted from 30 minutes away, each way, so that our child could learn from Ms. MARIE and her team of teachers, Ms. Julie and Ms. Sheyla. Their system is so effective that we are returning for our second child. We will continue to make this commute because this was one of the best decisions for our children. read more

2 of my 3 kids attended Ms Marie's Preschool. When my youngest daughter started with Ms. Marie at 3, she barely spoke a few words. After a few short months, she began fully speaking long sentences and was writing, learning to read. Our daughter has academically grown leaps and bounds after attending Ms. Marie's Preschool. Ms. Marie and her team are the best in teaching young kids how to phonic read, write, doing addition and subtraction, tell time at 1st- 2nd grade levels. Her dedication and skills on how to teach these young kids are unmatched. Now that our daughter had started Kindergarten, she was more than prepared and well above the grade standard. On top of all this, during the time of pandemic, Ms. Marie had kept all the kids safe with proper protocols such as plexiglass dividers, social distancing, mask mandates and proper hand washing and sanitizing. My daughter graduated summer of 2023 from this Christian preschool. Let me start by saying you will never find a school like this, EVER. I am faith driven and prayed that God guide me to find a school that was aligned with my daughters bright spirit. I went through 3 other private school tours and when I met Ms. Marie I knew this was the right place for my daughter to thrive and be herself at. The entire staff of teachers are exceptional, kind , considerate, understanding, loving, Inspiring and the level of knowledge they provide is unmatched. This review is long overdue! Marie Christian preschool will exceed all expectations even from the choosiest of parents. My wife and I were well in our search, we had already visited about eight preschools before we were lucky enough to find Marie preschool. All of the previous schools we visited had children crying and some children running around. However when we visited Marie preschool all of the children were busy engaging in a learning activity and did not change their demeanor when they saw us come in. We were sold and we were also fortunate that we were able to sign our daughter into the school as I heard from other parents who had their second child there that the waiting list can become extensive. I would also like to share that our younger daughter attended the school when the pandemic was just beginning ,during the most uncertain of times. Mrs. Marie was very diligent in coming up with a plan to continue teaching our children when many pre schools closed down completely. With the parents approval and input she split the class into smaller classes with groups of of 4-5 in two hour segments, she was very thorough in sanitizing the class and kept our children safe. I know it was very difficult for her and for the parents as well but we all did our best and our children were still able to receive a quality education. My two daughters are now attending public school and are well ahead of their peers. During a time when many children fell behind taking zoom classes my older child continued to thrive with her strong foundation from Marie preschool and my younger daughter continued to receive a quality education. Ms. Marie and her fellow teachers are hands down the best educators in California. Their methodology and teaching are so effective and engaging that by the time they graduate, they are well above their grade level. If you're looking for a daycare then this school is not for you. If you're looking to invest in your children's education then Ms. Marie and her team will go above and beyond to make sure each child has a solid foundation, giving them the tools and confidence to succeed beyond pre-k and I cannot emphasize enough how important that is and how much of an impact that makes in a child's educational development. My daughter thrived and loved going to Ms. Marie's school everyday. It was so wonderful to see her be excited to learn and just watch her development grow in leaps and bounds. A gem!! Hands down the best preschool in California and I've lived in the Bay Area where the schools are really good too. Mrs. Marie and her staff are sweet, yet firm and your kid will grow in many aspects, socially and academically. There is structure to the day and kids learn not only academics, but discipline. They learn to take responsibility at a young age and it's amazing how your kid will learn to read independently when they are done with her school. They are at least at first grade level if not more, by the time they are done. Mrs. Marie takes precautions when it comes to covid and I'm thankful for that because my child never got covid in the two years at the school and she started in 2020 during the start of covid. All kids wear a mask, have temp checks, and sanitize hands before and after class. The hours are perfect as well, 4 hours in the morning for preschool and 4 hours in the afternoon for pre-k. They have one small snack during school, but for the most part, they eat lunch after or before school, depending on the class. My kid went to Good Earth Montessori and Good Shepard preschool before getting lucky and finding Mrs. Marie. I can say from experience that Marie preschool was the best. You will see your kid learning and applying their knowledge to the outside world. My kid was learning in a safe environment and because the class sizes are small, my kid became close to all her classmates. There are always two teachers in the class and they are the sweetest. The school is quite academically based, but your kids will also have moments of arts/craft, skits, and dance/singing too. I am blown away and so impressed with Mrs. Marie's teaching skills. Going to Marie Preschool sets your child up for future success. As a parent, you will be helping your child with weekly homework. You also have to put work and invest in your child. There is often a waitlist so you have to act fast and put your kid's name down. If I could give this school 10 stars I would. How to teach your kids?  How do you know if this teacher is good?  As a first-time parent, I have no idea.  I don't even know what to look for to decide if a teacher is good or not.  As I am reading through books, all said kids (or all grown-up)work better with patience and sincere encouragement.  Easy to said than done.  I know because I tried it on my kids, and it works the first time, second time.., not all the time without getting your temper up. Ms. Marie actually showed us how well this theory works.  My 4 yrs old baby girl actually using Ms. Marie's encouragement on me, "try your best, read one chapter today, do that every day and you will finish it soon. MY BABY GIRL encourages me?  I'm blown away.  And she teaches me how to spell and pronounce a word, articulating in a way that I am proud of.   Most importantly, it's not how much she learned, but the fact that she enjoys.  Whether it is reading a book on her own, or showing off her knowledge on the 8 planets in our solar system, and how to spell them! Now I wished I was in Ms. Marie's class when I was 4. If you are christian definitely go to her. Ms. Marie use her christian ethics to teach her students and care for her students from the heart. The reviews are on point! I put my son on the waitlist really early after hearing from our friend. It is a smaller group which gives your child more attention (So act fast)! Fast forward to 2020, I am so proud of everyone of these kids. I will say , I found a school that will help build a foundation and educational background that will help guide our little one for life. Marie and her staff are amazing. If you believe they are capable of doing more than what other preschools are offering. You're right. My son has presented the confidence I hoped he would, the courage to speak up, the speed in reading, math and problem solving. I am so thankful that we found Miss Marie. I was referred by my cousin who lived in Rancho Cucamonga. She told us there is a pre-school in Chino Hills that is amazing and all of their friend's kid went there and the waitlist could be up to a year long sometimes. My son always has a hard time focusing but Miss Marie and Miss Juliet were very patience with my son. My son just graduated pre-school and is now in Miss Marie pre-k program. We were so blessed to find out about Marie Preschool through a college friend we had not seen for over 10 years. College friend recommended us to put our daughter to this school as she had very positive experience and results for her own children. Looking back on that day, if we had not bumped into each other, my daughter would had missed out on what I would consider to be the most important academic and personal growth milestones in her young life. Ms Marie and Ms Julie are so nurturing in how they care for and teach their students. Many life lessons were learned, applied and constantly polished as they personally guided each student on how to be a good, kind, caring individual. Academics is so top notch that there is really no comparison to any program I can think of. I can't say enough about how much I recommend Marie Preschool. I am a mom of twins. One twin has always been behind the other in development. I was worried this twin would fall behind in school if he wasn't prepared ahead of time so I decided to put them with Ms. Marie. Not only did Ms. Marie prepare the twins for Kindergarten, she put them ahead to 1st grade level. She made me realize the potential both kids have for academic success. Ms. Marie is not only experienced, but she has a true talent for teaching young kids. She has a method and a way about her that works, attracting kids' attention and participation, making learning fun and interesting. She is also great at communicating with parents if she has concerns about a child, and getting feedback from parents regarding decisions for the class. Any time I wanted to talk to her about my kids, she always made time to talk to me 1 on 1. My initial plan was to keep my kids with Ms. Marie for just 1 year because the twins were already waitlisted at another school for pre-K. After seeing how much my kids learned in 1 year with Ms. Marie, I declined the spots for the other school and kept the kids with Ms. Marie for a second year, and I have no regrets. If Ms. Marie taught Kindergarten as well, I'd probably keep my twins with her a 3rd year. She was also extremely careful last year with the pandemic. She went above and beyond what most schools were doing at the time to ensure the safety of the staff and stufents (i.e. masking for all, temperature checks, desks 6 feet apart with plexiglass in between, hand sanitizer before coming in and leaving for class, open door/window to promote ventilation, shoes off once inside). We had no COVID cases in our class that was due to school spread. My kids and I love her and will always remember our 2 years with her. I know Ms.Marie from a friend of mine. my friend gave me list of preschools that is highly recommended in the area,which i'm not in the area,so i went to check it out one by one until I came and saw Ms Marie. The way she explains her goals of teaching,making sure my kid will be taken care of,making sure each kids do their works and excel! The environment of the class and the attention of the teacher is very important. She teach in her home which is good for me,young kids feel more comfortable and that time was only 12 kids max. In just 2 weeks I can see my 3 yrs old reading and writing! My daughter enjoyed her first year with Ms Marie and now is her 2nd year which is her last year there,but we are going to see her more in the future because she does tutoring too. A strong basic foundation is everything, teach the kid to be independent,responsible with their work since young so they wont struggle in kindergarten and elementary and until they are in college! My friends were surprise that my daughter can read and write so well in her age. Marie preschool is highly recomended! Trust me! Every parent wants the best for their kids, and she's the one! In our journey in searching for pre-K for our daughter, we've looked into all the surrounding schools possible and toured a few prospective schools. We immediately sense a genuine positive vibe from Mrs Marie and Mrs Julie. Needless to say we had a great impression and enrolled. Ms Marie and her team are the best! Not enough words can really express their excellence until you see your kid go through the program and come out learning all that they do. Ms Marie has kids that follow her for years because she's that good. We first heard about her through family who had 2 kids that went through her Preschool, Pre-K, and tutoring programs. When our son was age 2, we had already put him on Ms Marie's wait list. He couldn't get in at age 3 for Preschool, but got in at age 4 for the Pre-K program and we were so amazed at how much he learned through the school year. Ms Marie is very strong in her academics teachings. Her preschool kids graduate to read, write, and do math at almost or at 1st grade level. Our son is now age 5 and in kindergarten. His academic level is 1st grade and he continues on the side with Ms Marie's tutoring program. Our age 2 daughter has also been wait listing and will be attending Ms Marie's school at age 3 for her Preschool program. We are excited and feel at ease that our daughter can also have the experience of Marie Preschool. The whole team has a genuine heart to be with the kids. The small group allows for bonds that build between students and teachers. The kids not only benefit academically, but they also learn mannerisms, faith based lessons, sing songs, speaking and leadership skills, and so much more. The school really challenges the kids to explore and learn. Ms Marie really has a knack for knowing how to nurture a child's mind, so that the child can do their best at whatever level they are at. She also makes great effort to have conversations with parents to keep them posted of the child's progress, how they are doing, in what areas they need more help in, what she is currently teaching that is challenging for them, and so forth. She definitely keeps an open line of parent to teacher communication. We are so happy our son is currently tutoring with Ms Marie and our daughter soon to be new student addition to her program. I was very lucky to have found Marie Preschool for our son. This is a home-based preschool and pre-K. Ms. Marie accepted only 13 students When my son attended. This is a great advantage for the children because they get a lot of individual attention. Ms. Marie and Ms. Julie work with each child according to their own pace and encourage the parents to get very involved in their learning. Since it is a small school, the children become good friends and so do their parents! I was very impressed with her lesson plan and method of teaching. My son is reading, writing and doing math at 1st grade level at age 5! This is a Christian preschool and they do a wonderful job of including Bible study in the curriculum. They have several field trips throughout the year and have celebrations for the Holidays. They even had a special graduation program! One thing I was also very happy about was their sensitivity to my son's food allergies. They made every effort to ensure that he was safe. Ms. Marie is a wonderful teacher, great with the children and loves what she does. Ms. Julie is also an excellent teacher and is very creative. Looking forward to when my two younger boys attend! Hands down the best Preschool in Chino/Chino Hills area! I was referred by two of our good friends who have sent their children to this school. They deeply encouraged us to put in our names to get a spot. This is a very focused small group and every child gets taken care of closely. We waitlisted our daughter for almost 2 years, and it's totally worth it. The academic here is the best I've seen by far for Preschool and PreK. By the time they graduated from Marie Preschool they're able to read and write and everything else at the level of 1st Grader. I'm so amazed how Ms. Marie and Ms. Julie are able to encourage these children to be the best at their age, to push forward regardless how young they are, and you see how little minds can actually learn so much. And beyond just academic, there are precious life-lessons that Ms. Marie planted and they bear fruits! We sent our daughter to a different school for one summer and it doesn't come close at all to what we see at Marie Preschool. The attention, the care, and first and foremost is the PASSION which Ms. Marie and Ms. Julie has to teach and see each and every children to be successful, this is what you won't see and get elsewhere. My son, Jordan attended Marie Preschool for preschool and pre-Kindergarten. He had a wonderful time both from learning perspective and from cultivating his intrapersonal skills with the other children. The program/curriculum was excellent at preparing children ready for elementary school. My son remained challenged throughout the program that included many interesting activities - stories, arts & crafts, drama, singing and other extracurriculars like Pretend Museum, Spring Festival in addition to voluminous reading & math assignments. He now reads 2nd grade materials and does 1st grade math. He received the award for advanced reading at Wickman Elementary in Sept. 2013! Highly recommend this school to parent who has a preschool-age's child. My daughter has been studying in the school for almost 2 years since she was 3 years old. I can see her academic improving everyday. The school teaches phonics , so kids are able to study new words and reading books at their early age. By reading and understanding what they see is the foundation of getting their knowledge in the future. Besides, the school teaches various fields, math, shape, time, currency, art, music, etc. The kids can get a complete and comprehensive learning there. My daughter originally should be a kindergartner after the preschool. However, because of the her studying at Ms. Marie Preschool , she has enrolled the 1st grade by taking the AABL first grade test with a advance score in English and Math (she took the test at her 5 years 3months old). I am so proud of her and also appreciate Ms. Marie. As parent, I understand the early education is very important for kids. But to choose the right place for them is really hard. Best preschool in Chino Valley area. The preschoolers will be able to read, write and count as advance as 1st graders by the time they graduate from this preschool. Teachers are very dedicated to every student, and able to pay attention to them carefully. The maximum numbers of students in class is only 13 with two teachers. The program is very high standard.
