The second time she also did a good job, but I noticed a rust ring in my sink and again I had to ask her to clean that off in which she stated that she would try CLR on it and it was gone. The estimation process was specific to my job in Elk Grove, which included a whole-house carpet cleaning and a sofa cleaning. The quoted price was lower than I expected, and the technician was available sooner than expected. Our technician James arrived promptly. An excellent communicator, he worked with us to plan his time with us. The coaching jobs took quite a bit longer than expected, but he honored the original price. James even did some extra cleaning for us without an extra charge. We are very pleased with the results. Some of our high-traffic areas were looking dirty and ugly.
