I found Valencia Prom cleaning last minute. The home I was set to move into, that was supposed to have a move in clean was by no means move in ready. I opened the door and was disappointed to say the least. I was also made it feel like I had been expecting too much for what was considered move in quality. It was even more disheartening as I have a injury from military service that has taken my dominant hand out of commission for all, but simple tasks. Laura responded back quickly and had excellent follow up, especially considering I had so much going on and kept getting side tracked. Laura gave a accurate estimate and was able to have her team in the next day! The home, which was supposedly cleaned already, looked completely different when Laura's team was done! The wood floors look gorgeous! It's an older home, but she managed to really whip into a condition that brought a happy smile to my grinchy mid move face. Communication was succinct throughout the process. Laura was on the upper end of estimates I was given, but she stayed within the estimate and her companies work certainly earns every dollar. I say this with the disclaimer that I am by no means wealthy. I work really hard and having a cleaning service was a luxury for me. I will certainly be using this company for my move out cleaning on the home I'm moving from. I'm hoping to be able to at least continue a monthly service. Thank you and your team! Valencia Pro Cleaning arranged for cleaners to help with post-fire clean up (ash removal and gooey refrigerator) in my grandmother's home in rural Napa. The cleaners were friendly, courteous, wore masks the WHOLE time, and worked really hard. When they were done, the house looked so incredibly nice! From the reviews here on yelp, I had read Valencia pro was exceptional therefore I chose to go with their recommendations to choose Valencia pro. They returned my call very promptly and we set up the first initial time and later that same week I had two girls come here to work. They worked very hard all day. I have used this cleaning agency a few times and have had really great experiences each time. They helped us with a move and were able to accommodate my hectic schedule. They are very responsive via text and email. The pricing is fair and saves me from taking time away from my family to do the cleaning. I love that it's woman-owned and local. I was fortunate to meet the owner at a social gathering and her employees are just as friendly as she is. I also really like that they can give a quote over the phone and I don't have to be burdened with setting up a scheduled time to have an employee tour my home just to provide a quote. This company charged over $200 for a deep clean which was sub-par. They then came a couple of times for less money. The cleaners are apparently told not to move anything. So if there is one book and a decoration on a table, they walk by and don't touch the table. My condo was its dustiest after a cleaning with this company. Also I had a two hour window for a cleaning and asked if the team could come 30 minutes after the start of the window, which was still well within the agreed-upon window. I was told no and that I would be charged a $50 cancellation fee. They refunded this fee once I told them I was writing a Yelp review. My sense was that they were the service provider but wanted me to accommodate everything for them. I am a service provider in a different field and would never treat clients this way. And their cleaning is not good, unfortunately. read more
