Large animal feed, chicken feed, some plumbing supplies as well as the butcher shop. Be sure to buy at least a pound of bacon. Bacon wrapped jalapeños are wonderful to take home too. This place is OLD, broken in with very limited sitting (smoking allowed) and a pool table. A TV is programmed to old westerns, Steve McQueen in wanted Dead or Alive, The Virginian, Wagon Train. It ain't broke so don't "fix" anything.

Think you're getting 100% Wagyu at the big groceries, you are not! The prices are reasonable and the knowledge from the family about their herd is second to none. They can go in detail about the diet, the genetics, the original blood line where they came from. As a lucky person who was one of the first buyers of their meat, I am a happy repeat customer. So, not only do they have the best Wagyu, they also offer an amazing Beefmaster line. It has its own amazing flavor. They feed the Beefmasters the same special diet as the Wagyu's get. It's this attention to detail in every step of the process that makes this meat a cut above the rest. They are open to the public now. I met the NICEST owners [Joel & Jen] and was helped by friendly & knowledgeable employees [shoutout to Noel for helping me carry my goodies to the car]. They have an impressive catering menu, and you can reserve spots for a personalized/customizable "Boodle Fight" (IYKYK!!!). Homemade, high quality, fresh delicious, and great presentation. Our family faves are the BBQ skewers, the lumpia (meaty 2-bite eggrolls), pancit, and the Ube chiffon cake.
