Think you're getting 100% Wagyu at the big groceries, you are not! The prices are reasonable and the knowledge from the family about their herd is second to none. They can go in detail about the diet, the genetics, the original blood line where they came from. As a lucky person who was one of the first buyers of their meat, I am a happy repeat customer. So, not only do they have the best Wagyu, they also offer an amazing Beefmaster line. It has its own amazing flavor. They feed the Beefmasters the same special diet as the Wagyu's get. It's this attention to detail in every step of the process that makes this meat a cut above the rest. They are open to the public now. This place is OLD, broken in with very limited sitting (smoking allowed) and a pool table. A TV is programmed to old westerns, Steve McQueen in wanted Dead or Alive, The Virginian, Wagon Train.
