I ordered a bed frame online from their website and tried calling two separate days to schedule a pickup time. Both times I called they could not locate my order and would tell me they would call me back, but would never call back. It took nearly a week later for them to realize that they didn't even have the item I ordered in stock and to offer me to buy something else that they did have in store. After letting them know that wouldn't work as I already had the mattress, I had purchased a bed frame, they let me know they would be able to issue a refund and that this would take 3-5 business day. It has since been two weeks later and I can't event get them to answer the phone anymore. Finally today after An 15 business days later, my refund has been issued!!! Only issued!! I'm very disappointed as I was trying to support a local business. I will never attempt to come here again. read more

I haven't had my sectional couch for a year and it's already looking worn in. Even though it is well-maintained, the feathers inside the couch are poking out and the seating pieces are constantly needing to be adjusted. They didn't have the color that I chose in store so the employee described it was going to be a darker grey color like the catalogue, but when received in person it gives off a blue-ish hue. I didn't return it when I first received the couch because it took several months to deliver due to Covid. I made it work out of desperation. Most of the pieces were delivered separately and the chaise came in a few months later. Overall, I had a fair experience with the customer service but the couch itself isn't of good quality. The pictures they have in their catalogues/website are quite deceiving also. read more

Although this furniture store has great pieces and nice people it's doesn't distract from the fact that the customer service these days have really gone down hill. I ordered a vanity which is the main thing I wanted and a bed-board with a night stand. But when the pieces came and it was time to set it up they told me the vanity was damaged and I would have to wait another week or more to get it. Which is disappointing because we payed all up front and I really didn't want to have to wait for something I already completely payed for and had been waiting a long time to get anyways. read more

I purchased a loveseat and sofa, which I loved. After two years though, the loveseat material started to come apart and the sofa is now caved in due to broken springs. I bought a dinginroom set with 4 chairs and ordered a bench to go with it. I asked how sturdy bemch was and was assured it was sturdy. I've bought furniture here before and never had a problem. I waited 1 1/2 months to get my bench, had it one month, my niece sat on it and fell( she's not big) it literally broke apart. We took it in to the store because we paid for a warranty, they so called fixed it , one leg was longer than the others. We asked for a new one that is good business to make the customer happy). Instead they tried to level the leg out we went in and my husband sat on it it was not stable I turned it over to see how it was fixed and the wood was chipped where screwed in. I will not buy or recommend your store anymore to my friends and family I will post bad reviews on social media if the right thing is not done. Please just get me a new bench, so I dont have to be embarrassed again if someone falls. One month of a bench that was hardly used is not long enough to say it wasn't a defect or improperly put together. Ugh, disappointed.. I don't usually write reviews but I recently bought a mattress and bed frame from this store. Mattress is wonderful but bed frame not so much. The owner told me he and his wife have the same one in their home for about a year now (then). I had asked him if it was durable and worth the $700+ he said yes. Even with his professional coming in and setting up the frame, it started cracking within the first month and now it's completely broken 7 months later. I am still paying it off and have had to recently move my mattress to the floor because it had completely fallen apart. Now I am looking to spend at least another $200+ for a different frame that is hopefully actually durable. Nonetheless, I had also purchased a couch from them a couple years ago which I absolutely LOVED and thought was well worth the money. They are always friendly and they always have a good variety of things and can usually manage to get you financed. I guess I should've just done my research! read more

Armando helped me get everything ordered and gave me a great deal!! Frank and Ruddy delivered and put together the couch and cocktail table I ordered in literally a few mins. They were all very respectful, efficient, and kind!! This a great place to shop for furniture, don't waste your time at the furniture stores along Sisk road, all are overpriced. I went to Mariem after donating my old living room set and was able to find a small sectional on the showroom floor within my budget and they were able to deliver the same day I purchased. Their delivery charge is the lowest in the area at $40. All other furniture shops charge $75-150. Very nice family run business. read more
