If you have to come to this location. Use the kiosk. If you order at the register they up charge everything. The register added more for my orange juice and my meal and I asked about it. The physical menu says the same price as the kiosk, but the register changes it. Which is wrong. Then we asked for an extra syrup. The lady was like 50 cents. Cool. When she rang it up the syrup came up as 0.00 and she added a water to make it .50. So insane that they would up charge for no reason. If whataburger doesn't care if I get an extra syrup why would the manager who is not see that .50 cent in her check? read more

On a Monday at 11:30, I pulled up unannounced with a group of 20 students for lunch. When we walked i. We were immediately greeted by the server and given the option to place an order with her or use the kiosk. Some of the kids chose to use kiosk which help make things more efficient. The young lady did NOT panic!! She was very friendly, courteous, and did and excellent job taking care of us while also taking care of other customers at the same time. Every order was quickly processed and delivered to us with zero mistakes. And as usual, WB never disappoints with quality of food. Just need to stop going here. Only two cars in the drive-thru but it took them over 20 minutes to take my order. People in line behind me were leaving. By the time I got my measly sausage biscuit it had been over 25 minutes that I spent waiting. Just ridiculous considering there were not that many people there at all. Brand new location so the place was outstandingly clean however when you get food poisoning while on a road trip isn't the funniest and made for a really LONG day!! That was all I had eaten today so it was easy to pin down what caused it. My son got pancakes and barely touched it, I chalked it up to being on a road trip. However I when I said they smell really good after heating them back up later and took a bite I had to spit it out. Also while waiting on our food I saw the young girl at the cash register eating food while attending to customers. OMG NO NO NO, JUST NO!!! Upon leaving I asked for a big plastic to go sack.. that little girl made me repeat myself 5 times before realizing a sack was also a bag! Lord have mercy! Then she went on to say well I'm from the south, I've never heard of a sack... oh honey, this is the South! Came through the drive through only to be told it's closed right now because there are too many people inside (there was 5) and I would need to come in and order. I came inside and waited 15 minutes for someone to show up at the register and take my order. Then I Waited 48 minutes for one burger no drink or fries and they made it wrong. read more

Whataburger is the best fast food burger on the planet. I visited this clean new location on a drive down Interstate 49 for a jalapeño and cheese burger and I got more peppers than I've ever received from a Whataburger. They were stacked two inches high on the burger! That's not convenient for eating in a car -- or for my digestive system later -- so I had to scrape most of them off. Problem solved. I've been to this location 3 times since they've opened. The first time I was stuck in line, 3rd car back for about 15 minutes before the first vehicle received their order. The second visit was normal and not too bad. This morning, I drove up and there was only one other car sitting at the window. I ordered and pulled up behind it. I actually timed it, 16 minutes later after sitting behind that same vehicle at the window and not seeing any interaction with any employees inside, I drove off. If it's a staffing shortage, I can understand for the most part. But not when 3 employees are standing outside talking when I drove up. One being a manager. This is the only Whataburger location that I've ever had less than outstanding service. They miss the mark by a looong shot. read more

I'm not a big Whataburger fan. It's probably been a year since I've been to one of their locations. BUT, I've been wanting to try a Dr Pepper shake and finally broke down and stopped to try one. I wasn't impressed. It was ok but nothing I'll crave. I also got a jalapeno & cheese burger. Pulled it out of the bag and WOW it was huge! The bun looked and tasted GREAT! It was so fresh! Piled high with FRESH lettuce, tomatoes, onions, jalapenos and cheese! Then the problem: "Where's the beef???". At the bottom of all that good stuff was this thin patty. It was pretty much as big as the bun at least. That being said it was pretty darn tasty! The fries were HOT (freshly cooked and not re-heated) and even had salt. They were also fresh and really good. I went inside to order and the store looked really clean from what I could tell. I did see a fly hanging out on the wall though. I was greeted when I walked in. Lady that took my order was fast and friendly as was the lady that brought my order to me. I probably wont be back anytime soon but since it did get some bad reviews I'd recommend if you're from Natchitoches or passing by to give it another try. read more

We stopped at this location off of i49 on our way to TX. Restrooms were clean and employees were so incredibly attentive and friendly. I don't eat at whataburger often and their sweet employees gave me suggestions based on what I told them I did and didn't like. Their suggestions were great and I got a great sandwich. On our way back we made it a point to stop again because of our previous positive experience and once again it was a super pleasant experience even though at this stop it was rather busy. Y'all keep up the amazing work over there! Im suggesting to anyone traveling through to stop at Whataburger in Nachitoches off I49! read more

Just sat in the drive through line for 30 min at 3:00pm no one ever said anything on the intercom, line of cars behind me. Line of cars in the other lane as well, which twice in that line they just drove off and left. I thought you know maybe they are trying to catch up bc there were 3 cars in front that were at the window to pay and get their food. But once those 3 cars drove off and I then waited another 5-10 minutes of nothing I drove to the window. Lady at the window who would not even look my direction for me to ask if maybe the intercom was broken and do I just order here. Who even looked as though she was the manager at this location. I ended up just driving off. The car behind me did the same on the car in the other line. 0/10 if you value your time no way would I stop here. I honestly feel bad for whoever owns this franchise bc clearly your employees don't care if this store misses out on customers. read more

Me and my family are visiting from California, and thought that the infamous Whattaburger would be a great place to stop and eat at after our 30 hour drive. My dad loves jalapeño burgers and was so excited to try it. We ordered the jalapeño burger, and extra pattie's on our burgers. The cashier wasn't listening and got our order wrong. Even after going up to her and another worker they still gave us the wrong burgers that were COLD!! All of our food felt like it came straight out the fridge. We spend well over 15$ on extra pattie's and none of our burgers had the right contents or had said extra pattie. (They're extra pattie's are 3.50) Unfortunately we were highly disappointed and wasted our money on such a terrible experience. We waited for over 45 minutes just to receive the wrong items and scarily cold food. None of the workers had manners and treated us as if we were a burden to them. My entire family is left unfulfilled and couldn't enjoy our food because some of us don't like bacon and we were treated like crap. Just because we're tourists doesn't mean you can be rude to us!! Might I mention the manager wasn't wearing gloves and it was very unsanitary. read more
