Nowadays it's really hard to find businesses that go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service; however I stumbled upon the Yelp page of Mariesii Florist early Saturday morning to inquire about what I was looking for. It was quite early but I tried the number and to my surprise a pleasant voice answered the phone and was willing to assist me. Homaira listened to what I was looking for; sent me some ideas and allowed me to send her some pictures as well. I honestly wasn't expecting a follow up before Tuesday since it was the holiday weekend; however I received a text the next day with exactly what I wanted! I was looking for a beautiful stunning plant with purple flowers rooted in it to give a friend who mother recently passed away on behalf of a group of co-workers. Homaira found what I wanted and had it delivered to me the same day! The value of her time and work was worth far more than the cost. My co-workers and the co-worker that we gave it to all loved it! I will definitely be using Mariesii Florist in the future and I highly recommend giving her a call if you are ever in need of something special and unique! read more
