Finally went to Mission Viejo Florist after living in the area several years and hearing how good they are from my coworker. This was for Valentine's day , I ordered online with an instore pickup. I liked right when I walked in, two ppl that worked there greeted me : the Owner and the Manager. Owner is Grace, she brought out my arrangement and when I told her I was a first time customer she spent extra time explaining to me the design of the bouquet, and the extra touches that they do there that sets them apart (Flowers are SO fresh, they wire some of the flower stems for support). I came here on the busiest day of the year and definitely PAID for it. No delivery options, no in-house bouquets made, only pre-made orders could be purchased from the flower cooler. Bummer! But that's what happens when you wait to the very last second. The bouquet I bought was gorgeous and all of the flowers were hearty and very fragrant. The base itself is super heavy duty and had all the cheesy Valentine's Day decor you love to see on this silly holiday. The bouquet was filled with Stargazers, roses, and other Valentine's Day styled flowers. I can't give Mission Viejo Florist enough stars! I found them online and was looking for same day delivery for my mom's 70th birthday. With COVID and all, I wasn't able to be with her, yet wanted to send something to brighten her day. I initially chose a standard arrangement online with tons of purple, her favorite color. I received a call that they were out of a lot of the flowers in that arrangement due to the current season but mostly due to COVID. I asked them to create an arrangement, with my only request being that it included purple flowers. They promised that they would make it beautiful. My mom isn't typically a "flower person" and more of a "plant person", since flowers die after some time. She got the arrangement and was absolutely BLOWN AWAY.
