Strike one, Valentines Day they delivered the expensive roses to me with my name on it(my name spelled wrong) instead of my wife. Strike two my five year anniversary I asked for the flowers to be wrapped, it came in a vase which I'm sure they deducted out of the 94 bucks I paid so I ended up getting a sad size looking bouquet I know some of what I paid went to delivery but this bouquet looks like the ones I get and smart and final when I'm in a rush, and when you call in the voice mail message is just some random guy talking. I'm so confused because I LOVED this place it's just they fumbled the ball twice on very important holidays Valentines and my Anniversary where details maker.

Flowers are expensive, and I felt the price I paid was a bit higher, which I know is unfair when I compare it to what can be done by yourself, but I also understand the cost of living and more. I felt the arrangement was lovely and full despite me choosing the lowest tiered in my budget, so I appreciate this about the shop too. The shop delivered the arrangement to my friend within the window promised and then sent me a picture so I could see the final outcome too. They followed up via email, which was nice as well. The picture I am posting in my review was sent to me from my friend when she received it. Overall, I would still use this place again if I needed flower delivery in south county.
