The florals she provided was not quite what I had envisioned - it would have been helpful if she provided images of what flowers were available and what arrangements she was planning closer to my wedding date in case I wanted to make adjustments. It would have been helpful if she coordinated with our silk flower vendor to ensure the flowers matched my vision (I sent both vendors a detailed document of my floral inspirations for each part of the wedding), but the communication between the vendors and with myself were lacking (delay on communication and lack of clarity/transparency). read more

Unfortunately, when the flowers arrived today, several of them were visibly wilted and faded, not what you'd expect at this price point or for a special occasion. I texted the shop immediately with a photo, hoping for a resolution. The employee responded that she might have overlooked something and asked if I wanted to speak to her manager about a refund. While I appreciate the gesture, she also emphasized her professional experience and the flower were fresh, which doesn't change the fact that some of the flowers were clearly past their prime on arrival, especially at a premium price point. We went to OC Flowers and events to buy flowers for my mom's celebration of life mass and reception. We met with the team at OC Flowers and they were very accommodating and talked us through how to get what we wanted within our budget. They showed us examples and gave us many options and were very reassuring. We had a situation where we didn't know how we were going to set up a dessert table and memory table at a restaurant while we were in mass, and they offered to help. This was totally not part of the flowers or their responsibility and it was so nice of them to offer to help us out. We were so relieved that they solved this problem for us and helped relieve some stress. The day of the mass and reception they were on time (actually early) and helped set up the gorgeous flowers we ordered. They took the desserts to the restaurant for us when they were going over to set up the centerpieces. The flowers looked so beautiful at the Mass and at the reception. Everyone complimented on how amazing the reception looked. We let guests take the centerpieces home and I received emails as to how much they were enjoying them. We were so pleased and grateful to OC Flowers for their efficiency, friendliness and kindness during our stressful time. They will be my 'go to' for any future events. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND OWNER. They had my review taken down. I am coming back a year after my wedding to post the pictures again. See what I got versus the last two pictures which were what I sent them as inspo and they said they could recreate. Everything was supposed to be roses and baby's breath. I got tulips? Carnations? Greenery and leaves? You name it. It was horrendous. When I got home and looked in the bag I cried. When I called and asked what happened the owner said I should have looked in the bag before I took it home. I paid over $800 for what my 9 year old niece with a trip to Michael's could have done a better job. Luckily I got a refund but I had to yell at the owner for quite some time for that to happen. I then had 6 days to find another florist for my wedding. This company takes down their bad reviews. I imagine they'll try to take this one down too just like they did my review from last year when this happened. I will continue to check back and post these pictures until they leave my review up. No bride to be should have to deal with what I did with this company. read more

I found my new Florist!!! I have ordered flowers from other florist in the past and when they were delivered, they looked nothing like the picture on their website. Having had a member of the family suddenly pass, called to inquire about an arrangement to ensure it was what I was paying for. The girl I spoke with was friendly and very helpful. I have ordered flowers online, upgraded the arrangement hoping it would more impressive and added a very nice tip. Shortly there after, I recieved an email from OC Flowers with a picture of "MY" arrangement and stating that it was on its way! This was a greatly appreciated touch and showed me they had confidence in their quality and demonstrated they took pride in their work. In about an hour after placing my order, the flowers were delivered. The next day, I received the following text which great me great comfort knowing the flowers did exactly what they were suppose to do and it read; "I wanted to thank you guys again and show you how absolutely grand and stunning these flowers are!!!!! Thank you for these beautiful reminders of your love you have sent our way. Love you both and I'm so grateful for you. Sorry to be so mia but this has truly been so rough on me. Just know how thankful and grateful I am for you both. Thank you for being here for us and for your love. They were absolutely amazing! Yolanda took my call and was very kind and listened to a special request my son's date had wanted a specific rose for the corsage and boutonnière for their Senior Prom. The rose had a fancy name and of course Yolanda knew it as soon as she saw the picture, it was yellow with a red tip to the petals. Yolanda special ordered it for me in two days! Customer Service was good when ordering. I was looking for peonies and this store have it available. $15/stem of peony. I got 10, with vase and delivery turned out $198 and some change. After 4 days, the flowers are already dying before it was bloomed. Peonies did not bloom. Roses did but dead right after 4 days too. I understand it is not season of peonies so flowers won't be as good but it did not even bloom. Roses too! $198.00 and some change, definitely not worth it! I tried to contact the store by texting, they said averagely 5 days, same thing with rose. And my friend, bought the Peonies from other stores, $8/stem, and look a lot nicer. Will i return this store or recommend to others? NOPE. Quality does not match my money. CALL around and ask for second quotes! read more
