After being one of his patients for more than 25 years I was a little nervous about a new dentist but I can honestly say Dr. Kabani has been AWESOME. Her and the entire team are super friendly, always have a few minutes to shoot the breeze. They really always go the extra mile in taking care of the patients. But if you need more convincing, here's a recent story that will demonstrate the level of care evidenced by the entire staff. My elderly mom lived us with for the last few years and would go to Dr. Kabani to get her dentures cleaned and an overall oral check. Mom had a bit of dementia but Dr. Kabani and the entire team were kind, caring, and patient with her. Mom always loved her trips to the dentist and loved having her dentures be so clean. And she always loved all the people there. She recently passed and the team took the time to send flowers and condolences. That's above and beyond in my book and is just one of the reasons I will keep coming to Kabani Dental. And you should too!

I went yesterday expecting to have my regular hygienist, Kathy, only to find she no longer works on Mondays. When I tell you I was completely freaking out inside at the thought of seeing someone new...well, I was freaking out. I was also irritated they didn't let me know about the change so I could have rescheduled with Kathy on a different day. Larhonda was my hygienist yesterday, and I just can't say enough about her. She was gentle, kind, and she empathized with me that Kathy wasn't there. She got me all the comforts I usually need to get through a cleaning - a soft blanket, nitrous, and a neck pillow (I'm a baby about these things, what can I say). She was very reassuring and customer service skills were just off the charts. So in hindsight, this situation actually worked out well. Now I have two kind hygienists at this practice, instead of just one. Larhonda is an excellent addition, and I'll look forward to seeing her again. She's lovely. All the more reason I will remain loyal to this practice and continue to recommend them to people like me, who have severe anxiety over dental visits. The office later explained that insurance is only verified once per year "as a courtesy" and that patients are responsible for tracking their own remaining benefits. We were not warned that benefits had not been re-verified before treatment, and we would have postponed the appointments had we known. I sent two certified dispute letters requesting clarification. The first was ignored, and months passed before a written explanation was finally provided. During that time, the office continued sending payment requests while the dispute remained unresolved. Patients should carefully verify their insurance benefits themselves before treatment. I do not recommend this clinic.
