The default when you're leaving your appointment is they tell you what date and time the next one is verbally, as though someone is going to remember it six months from now. You have to ask for it in writing which just comes off as cheap. How much does it cost to give a card telling me when to come back and give you money again? If you don't have insurance, they don't seem to want your business.

I never knew staff could argue with customers. Hopefully management sees this and teaches her how to have better customer service and stop getting defensive when talking to customers.

I have to admit I was a little skeptical, but I decided to make the switch to sls free toothpaste and it was like night and day. No more dead skin and no more gum irritation.
