This was my first visit here, and I'm very glad it was here! Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Brandye. She was quick and concise while clarifying the plan of attack. She carried an absolutely great attitude while dealing with my random questions and concerns. Once my check-in was complete, Kelly took me back for x-rays using state-of-the-art equipment! This part was very quick, effective, and painless. Wonderfully kind the whole time while informing me how to prepare and position myself for the x-rays. From there, I was introduced to Leah who was super friendly as well! She flossed, checked, and cleaned up my teeth with great care and a great flavor I've never used before! (You'll have to ask her about it because it was her recommendation!) She informed me of my lack of effectiveness while flossing and recommended a change without judgment as well! While awaiting Dr. Grey's council, Leah showed me my X-rays in detail informing me of what hygienist and dentist are looking for to ensure patient health. Dr. Grey came shortly after, quick and methodical. He made complex explanations simple, ensuring I knew exactly what was going on. Some people my be fearful of the dentist experience, but I can say with my experience... this whole team produces a very calm atmosphere and really does a great job of alleviating the stress and making sure you're well informed. Really think before you go with them. We had a dental challenge. They bought the practice that previously was providing us care. Long story short: we were never notified that they no longer take our insurance. They said they sent an email... A mortgage payment later NOW they tell us... And then when I asked to speak to the manager, "She's on vacation". Of course she is probably cruising all over the world with how they are ripping people off unknowingly... read more

We unfortunately had to change dentist because we were not longer in network at Tooth town and we were very sad to leave Dr. Tom and dr. Lulu BUT we found Dental Town came highly recommended by a mom group on Facebook so we gave them a try and we're so glad we did because they were great. Dr. Marable was absolutely wonderful, and the entire staff was very friendly. My kids approve! The only negative is they don't have any games for the kids to play while they're waiting. The Canton office does so I assumed the Woodstock office would too, but we didn't have to wait very long so I still give them 5 stars :) read more

The office staff is very disorganized and twice now I've been communicated one thing by the dentist only to arrive at the appointment and have the receptionist and technician unaware of what procedure needed to occur. We also have concerns with the dentists bedside manners; for a pediatric dentist, she is extremely impatient with children that are scared or uncomfortable with the procedure. read more

i find that Dr. Werner and her team are very professional and knowledgeable. They are all my favorite p's. Professional, patient and polite. My grandchildren had a traumatic experience with another local dentist. Dr. Werner and her team knew just how to rectify the bad experience. I don't have to prep them before they go to the office. They are good at what they do. I asked her assistant several questions and she answered, with sincere knowledge and clarity. I was impressed. read more

Stay away from this place by all means. One of my kids treated there has severe dental anxiety and this place was incapable to calm the child down for treatment. They were pushing sedation on us so that the child can be treated in a single treatment. Finally, gave us an ultimatum that they have to release the patient because we as parents absolutely refused sedation for baby teeth to be treated. We chose to voluntary release all three of our kids and go elsewhere. I guess the amount of money they lost across all three kids made them call DFACS on my family. Yes, that is correct, they called DFACS on us for this. Not a single person we told about this could believe this, nor members of medical profession we talked to. No one ever heard of DFACS being called on parents for refusing to put their child down for work on baby teeth. DFACS case is closed, my child that has severe dental anxiety went through a first normal treatment on Wednesday and is finally over the hump when it comes to dentists. This place cares nothing about you as patient but just your wallet. Stay away unless you want to deal with DFACS if you do not abide by their financial plans. I am giving one star because of web site limitation; otherwise, it would be zero. read more

We've been here twice for my two year old's dentist appointments and we were extremely pleased with our visit! My daughter brings stuffed animals everywhere and she insisted bringing one in today and the hygienist pretended to give her stuffed animal a cleaning, making my daughter very interested in getting hers done! The women were super gentle and answered all of her never ending questions about everything they were doing. The whole staff works really hard to keep the kids content and engaged and we left with so many goodies my daughter thought it was so cool! Can't wait to go back in 6 months! read more

Dr. Werner and her staff worked my son in during an emergency situation. We did not have an appointment, but they still saw us on the day we called. She gave us a variety of options for his treatment plan and gave me time to decide on the best course for his treatment. I was pleased with their sense of urgency and they took their time with my son even though we were new patients and did not have an appointment. read more

Having been in the dental field for 15 yrs has made me extremely picky on my child's dentist. With that being said, we loved Dr Werner! She is not an aggressive dentist like most children's dentist are. My son needed a filling for the first time and she was so gentle and sweet and she made it very easy for him. The staff is great and super sweet as well. read more

Do not patronize this place if you're looking for good customer service. The doctors there are more concerned about their bottom line and own convenience rather than their patients. They rescheduled my son's appointment two times. The first time, the day before the appointment and the second time the day of, moving it up three hours. The office staff first tried to lie and say that they'd called me and gave me advanced notice and then they said that it's within their right to reschedule without advanced notice and that is common practice. I pointed out that they have no regard for their patients and I can't imagine other offices disregard the fact that people work and that they can't push them around like that. They didn't care. It appears the dentist and anesthesiologist were more concerned about tee-time than their patient's well-being and convenience. Do not go here if quality service and caring staff matters to you!! read more
