My only problem is with the space being advertised as bachelorette party friendly. We were on the porch after 10 PM on Friday and Robin came INTO the house to yell at us about breaking curfew, threatening to kick us out. She also sent a text saying she has never had such rude guests and if we dare break curfew again she would remove us. Kind of a buzz kill, and I just don't think that jives with advertising the place as they party pad. Good for a weekend of quiet fun!

We stayed at the Stay Alfred Vacation Rentals this year for NOJAZZ Fest and had a wonderful suite. It's near to everything (as the first yelper mentioned.) So close to Canal, Bourbon, the trolley.... The room was fine for 3 couples. We loved the convenient weight room and small pool on the roof. We might book here again with friends next Jazz Fest!

We went for the 2 bedrooms apartment, i will try to make this short by each stage before and while…read morestaying there 1 - Booking: the guys at the Stay Alfred booking center on the phone were simply GREAT and super helpful regarding to everything, Ben, Donald, Amy, sorry if i forgot any names but simply all were super great and they helped us A LOT regarding to booking, getting some discounts as well 2 - While staying: the apartment was simply 4.9 stars, where everything was SUPER clean, organized and super nice at the 2 bed rooms apartment. The only disadvantage regarding to the building was that the all facilities were closed at midnight which was kind annoying, i would suggest to keep the hot tub and the game room and other facilities open but to put a note for the guests to use that with cautious and care for other residents. the building is SUPER close to all attractions and great places, exactly 5 to 8 minutes walking. 3 - The only point we had that we wanted to postpone our trip due to severe weather warning in Houston (TX) and New Orleans and the Stay Alfred was not able to hold credit for us to be used in future use like to use within 60 days or something like that which was a bit annoying since we did not want to drive through a severe thunder storm and take the risk, we hope that to add this advantage to the system where customers can buy an insurance through you guys in order to hold credit in case they had an emergency case to re-use that credit within 60 days window. I found this question to be unprofessional and off-putting, especially since nothing in our conversation prompted that assumption. A prospective tenant should be treated with courtesy and respect regardless of their housing situation. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this interaction left me feeling judged rather than welcomed.
