EZ Medical Evaluation is open and is renewing and prescribing medical marijuana cards (that are now good for 2 years! Yay ). The receptionist was very kind (& had a great taste in music) and I was excited that the Dr. was holistic. She was very nice and the whole appointment went quickly. I was incredibly pleased with the fact that you can pay the entire fee ($245 if you don't have SNAP, $175 if you do) on a debit/credit card - rather than having to pay cash. It is a three step process if you see their chiropractor. He'll go over your pain with you, and explain more about the medication process if needed. The second person will ask a little more about your life, and ask what other steps you've taken to resolve your pain. The third person takes your payment, explains how long it'll take to get the card, and sends you on your way. It really is quick and easy. Probably the single best doctor appt I've ever been to. It makes you submit a picture from a camera in real time. That was not easy on a computer with a web cam. They rejected the photos causing a delay. We were able to submit the new pictures with a smart phone in reply to the text from them. They requested a wider shot on the head shot causing another delay. TIP: use a smart phone to complete the process. It will save time. The process was OK and should have been quicker than 4 days, but it worked They should fix the app to upload jpeg files and show examples of acceptable head shots. Otherwise good service and good price at $109 + tax and less than one week. TIP: print your own card. Organics dispensary refused to honor the digital card on our phone.
