You do have to stop in the front room and provide Name, DOB and sign a release before you can enter the show room. I pretty much knew what I was looking for and when I detailed why they agree with my base choice and then explained my options down that path. The two people I came in contact with seemed quite knowledgeable. As a plus I got a 10% discount on my first visit. I almost cut this down to a 3 because of parking. Even at 4 on a weekday it was a mess. Based on my trip I would suggest parking in the lot for the strip mall to the East.
