Today I stopped into this store to purchase some CBD lotion. I stopped in last week to see what the options were in that I recently broke my wrist - and along with arthritis - my hands are painful. I purchased the product that was suggested last week - although today a couple of other suggestions were made. In that apparently these products cannot be opened - no one has tried them - or is aware of the contents. One has only the words on the package - and the package is not available to the customer until you pay. After paying, I left the store. Once in my car, I opened the box and opened the jar. The product was NOT lotion - it was SALVE. Salve and lotion are NOT the same thing. In that this did not make me happy - I returned to the store to show them what I had purchased. I was actually trying to be helpful. Voices were raised as I was trying to explain my situation - and ultimately was told to leave. I am a 78 year old female Oregonian looking for some relief. I wanted lotion. I have salve instead. I was trying to be helpful and informative to the staff. The conversation turned unfriendly quickly - and rude. If I were the owner/manager - I would probably terminate the female clerk - and make certain my staff knew the products they were selling. If you can't open them in the store, go to the parking lot. All we have are words to communicate - sales people should know their products - and customers need to be treated respectfully.. Nice little shop that I'd never visited until today. I didn't look around a lot as I already knew what I wanted. I checked their website to make sure they sell Falcanna (YES!!!), and their listed inventory was up to date and accurate. Prices are comparable to what I've been paying, and MM is much more convenient. Folks seemed knowledgeable. What's not to like??? read more

NOTE - They've moved to a different location that's very close to the old. Just look for the newish Burger King nearby and they're in the bright green building next door. The clerks are very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful here. The store is spacious, and they have a good variety to choose from. It's nice to be able to go on to their website and see a list of what they have in stock - and they post the last date the site was updated so you're not wondering. Went in asking for green crack, he says how many? I say 3. Paid my $15. Per. 1/8 and left. Get to the car and I see I have 1 green crack and 2 golden goat. Back in. Guy says oh we were out so I just made the decision to go with golden goat...didn't mention it to me. What kind of scam/cheat we got going here? He is all my bad my bad. Seriously. It only cost me thirty bucks to get scammed but if they do this on the reg, what else is going on down there? This place has been my go to since it opened! I love the new place and as always they have a large selection of products and a variety as well. The staff are super nice and helpful and the experience everytime is great! Other stores I've tried change prices all the time, dont have a big selection or are just way overpriced. These guys would've gotten five stars for sure, but they are dealing with the weed Conisewer so that being said., The person who sold me my marijuana directed me to the five dollar grams when I asked him for A special, I grab two. Then I asked if they had anything else and he directed me to the prerolled with a lil keef splash or some silliness like that. And he also told me smokes one every day after he's done with work. Now I am currently residing in California, and I do consider Conness sewer. So I already tend to know that the prerolled are rolled out of skiff or shake. And I assumed this one was and my assumption was correct. Had I just got another gram of their special. The strain of the five dollar gram is critical mass and is pretty good n stony the only bad part about it was it was a little peppery. But that's just how some weed is. read more

I tried to come in with my fiancee and pick out some medicine and due to covid the gal at the door said only the buyer could enter. I have PTSD and I have a hard time on my own. I let my fiancee go in since I couldn't go by myself. I went back to the car without saying a word and while I patiently waited the employee at the door starting talking crap about me to the other customer in line. I heard the employee say, "if she doesn't like it she can go somewhere else." I will never return to the store and I plan to inform everyone that is considering coming to the store about the treatment I received during my visit. read more

Stopped in here with my mom whose going through chemo. She and I have purchased many edibles that are predominantly CBD from multiple other stores in the state. Went here because it's closer to her house. I asked for the items that were CBD with no more than 2 mg THC and was told that those products aren't legal to sell in the state of Washington. We proceeded to argue and he ended up telling me that a specific product was 10mg of each so I decided to try it. After purchasing the gummies and leaving the facility I read the back label of information to realize it has ZERO CBD and is 10 mg THC. I cannot use the product and am out $40. I'm sure I'll find someone to give it to but I will not be returning or recommending this place because I really don't think they know the products they are selling. If you're looking for slightly up priced high THC products without much assistance, this is the place for you but if you prefer knowledgeable staff I suggest another store. read more

Rude employees and high prices with no specials or appreciation for repeat customers. Some of the weed is good but priced high and the employees are difficult and pompous. If I could give a half star or less I would, talk about buzz kill. read more
