DONT SHOP ONLINE !! I was a regular customer at Bud Barn for the last 3 years until today. The customer service I received was terrible. I rely heavily on their online ordering system through dutchie. I placed an order for 2 items listed on the website as hybrid. I picked up and paid for my order. When I got home, I pulled my items from the bag, and they were both clearly sativa. I called Bud Barn and explained the mix-up on their part. The items were unopened, and I had original receipts. I was told I could not return the items and that sometimes the online system isn't accurate. They falsely advertised the product and then told me to bad. They offered me 30% off my next order. I live on a budget and use cannabis to sleep. Opting for hybrids and indica items. These sativa items used up my weekly budget. I can not simply purchase more because their system was messed up. I hate to feel so misled as a customer and then to receive such poor customer service when they were at fault. I don't think I can patronize this business any longer. read more

Firstly, let me say I do not believe any able-challenged person would intentionally place themself in a situation to be degraded and treated as a second-class person... Having said that, using a disabled patron as a teaching tool when other staff members that are familiar with the disabled patron are available is highly inappropriate and discriminatory... Especially, when senior staff had already given the disabled patron a rock solid guarantee that they would never be harassed regarding their disability and the accommodations that that disability entails at Bud Barn... I know the owner is going to respond with a very dismissive reply telling me that they're glad I found accommodation elsewhere... But the thing is it's not just that I found accommodation elsewhere. It's that literally they are the only establishment that suddenly does not accommodate me due to my medical alert animal that never leaves my body... The ADA has clear instructions and guidelines... Once staff vetted my service animal I was not to be harassed further, and that was the assurance that I received... That does not suddenly mean that I must agree to inconvenience myself with further harassment just to appease the owner that wants to unlawfully impersonate a medical professional playing, "Doctor Google"... Last time I checked absent an accreditation you can not dispense medical advice opinions or speak in a medically professional capacity... I find that the crossover value of the owner's experience in real estate has rendered them incapable of good customer service... Mr. Rotary club, Mr. Look at me video chronicle myself feeding the poor so I can say, "look I care about the poors give me credit"... I know I don't matter, I know none of us disabled scrubs on disability budgets matter to you... You made that abundantly clear with your candor regarding my disability... So go ahead strike me from your precipice again, tell me some more of your medical opinions.. You can't even back up your own senior staff that abide by the ADA... And instead seek to engineer chaotic situations for your warped amusement ordering your staff to bully disabled people... There is much more that I wanted to say, I drafted many a response to your cruel unprofessional treatment... I had even thought to detail it out like an actual report... I don't see how that would do much good since you have it on video, and senior staff admits that my version of events is true as far as the audio portion that is missing from your video only surveillance... You actually seem to take pleasure in reviewing the pain and suffering and mental anguish that you inflicted on a disabled person, by creating an unnecessary situation, when there was no situation that warranted it... What you did when you instructed the staff member that you scheduled to harass me was wrong and contrary to the ADA... I was loyal to Bud Barn... I wouldn't even shop other places before, but I went to a couple other dispensaries since then, and told them in detail what the owner of Bud Barn did... Each of them expressed disgust with the treatment that I received at Bud Barn... They have assured me that particular kind of incident would never take place in their business, because they provide a "Safe Space" for disabled people to get their medicine to treat their disabilities...
