I am rating THC Olympia a 1 star because of discrimination..I have used this dispensary for a long time, last year I left a review regarding some concerns I had with customer service, and I spoke with the owner who assured me that she would look into it..Later that evening I went to the store and an aggressive male employee came up to me at the door and told me that I couldn't shop there..He did not give a reason, or paperwork..I left the store and hadn't been back until tonight...I went in and bought a pre roll because it's been over a year and I never received official paperwork saying I was not allowed back...They allowed me to purchase , leave a tip, and as I was walking out the door this guy comes chasing behind me yells my name and says your still 86 from here so tonight will be your last night..I told him I have never been officially 86 off the property as it requires a paperwork process..Again they have not given me any reason to single me out, and kick me out...If they are choosing not to serve me on the basis of my last review that is very concerning... Tomorrow I will be contacting a few agencies on this matter because I'm a disabled transplant patient and it appears to be complete and total discrimination..Confirmed by no paperwork or reason..You can't kick someone out just because while allowing everyone else...If there was a reason acceptable it would have been an 86 trespassed form officially served...They have chosen to single me out again after allowing me to buy weed 3 days in a row....From the reviews i read it seems to be a real concern and issue... read more

UPDATE 3/8/23: My spouse went to to the store today because we got a text that there was a 20% off sale. When we spoke to the manager as we were told to in the reply, not only were we not taken care of as promised, We were asked to take our review down, and got the normal 20% off that was advertised while shamed for hurting their business. I am very sad. I truly loved this place so much, I'm not sure what changed recently. But there are other places in the community where it feels like the budtenders care about their repeat customers and don't leave dishonest replies. --- Original review: We are pretty faithful customers who spend a lot of money each month in the shop. Today we made a purchase and once we got home we got a text that the products we purchased are 25% off. So we called and explained that we were charged full price. The response was that since the store wasn't bringing in enough money, that the sale only was for people from that moment on so they could meet sales goals. We were just there and paid full price. It felt really dismissive and like we aren't valued as customers. Really disappointing. I'm hoping this was a one off, we love this place. But maybe a place that values us is better. read more

With there bEing a decent amount of dispenseries it's all about the service for me. This place is super chill. Everyone's always friendly/helpful. They'll answer your questions to the best of abilities. I don't really have much else. I did have one of thEir cartridges break on me once, I had already lost the receipt so wasn't looking for a refund. I did mention it to then and they had already gotten multiple complaints and already stopped selling them so that was nice to see. read more

I've been a loyal customer here since they opened. The staff is friendly and helpful. 2 days ago I bought my usual $100 a week supply, which included the sasquatch brand, vanilla kush. It is full of seeds, so I called to see how we could rectify this. I spoke to the manager Larry, who confirmed that he had some complaints of seeds in this brand, and pulled them off the shelf to mark seeded. Yet he refuses to honor his business by exchanging his BUNK WEED! Instead offers me a 5-15% discount on another purchase!! So I'm just stuck with 1/2 ounce of crap seed weed! My wife and I stopped in here yesterday to get a snack for our trip to Snoqualmie Falls. Not my regular stop but a convenient location for our trip. After opening the door I was greeted with "You need to put on a mask" loudly. It was a little embarrassing as I just forgot my mask in the car. As I turned around to get my mask from the car, I said to my wife, "it'll be nice when this is over or when people say hello before the remind you to put your mask on." I got it and we went in and shopped happily. It was at this time, my wife told me the gentleman that told me to my mask talked poorly about me when I was at my car. I went and attempted to ask the gentleman why he has said such bad words about me? He then said "get your finger out of my face" which it was not... it was raised straight up as I was talk with my hands when I talk. I also always wear a mask when required. I then continued to try to keep sharing my thoughts about this event when he again said he didn't like my tone. This was interesting because I never once raised my voice or used any direction disrespectful words. We were, shall I say, very happy at the moment. The moral of the story is I've gone to a lot of weed shops since day 1 and never had an experience like this before. Just thought it was very much an overkill reaction to a paying customer. I know these are difficult times but we should remember our manners. I'll own anything that was my fault but will likely not be back.
