Came in for two disposable carts. Online it showed $18. Went in and they gave me a diff product. I didn't notice until I left so I went back in to get the correct one. The weird ass manager Anna tried telling us we they use incorrect pictures for products and she can't do anything about it.(Description also described the product in the picture) Very condescending and ignorant. So I will start with the positive. They do have decent prices especially their daily specials. I'm gonna always give credit where it's due even if my overall experience wasn't great. Now onto the rest of my review.... So I've lived in Yelm for a few years now but had continued going to a store in Lacey because I'd never had any negative experience there and it was near my dads house who I visited regularly so wasn't out of the way. My dad recently moved so decided to try a store out in Yelm. First time I ordered from here had a good experience. Ordered online - got some of their daily specials so good deal. Had my dad go pick up the order and it ended up being even cheaper than it said when I ordered online due to extra discounts applied at checkout. Cool - good experience. Placed an order online again yesterday. About 2 hours later went to go pick up the order. I had ordered 6 things again got some of their daily specials. So go to pickup the order and dude says they were out of a couple items - okay no big deal. That being said apparently whoever started picking the order just "gave up" when they realized they were out of a few items because there was only one item in the little basket so had to wait for the dude to pick the rest of the order and then pick out replacements for the out of stock items - mind you it had been 2 hours since I'd placed the order. Whatever a little annoying but not the end of the world. When I ordered the total online said 83.60. By the time I went to get it my boyfriend had come home and he ended up taking me to get it. He's a veteran and asked the dude if they offered a military discount. Kid said yeah they do. So he gets everything together and rings it up. As he's finishing ringing up he says out loud oh yeah military discount and presses some buttons on till. The replacement items for the 2 replacement items were the same price so total should have been $83.60 MINUS the military discount. He still charged us 83.60. Now it's not the amount that annoyed me about this whole transaction because initially I was planning to go get it myself and would have paid the whole price. The irritating part was that he said they did offer a military discount and made a whole show at the end of the transaction about adding it on. Either say no we don't offer that or yes we offer that but I'm not going to give it to you. BE FOR REAL. I didn't say anything about it while we were there and we just paid the total because it's whatever it wasn't about the money - it's the principle of the the matter which is the dishonesty and he knew what he did so what was the point. Like BRO how smoked are you? You know I placed the order online and they emailed me a total when I did so. Do you not think I'm not going to realize you're charging me the same amount as that receipt where I hadn't yet inquired about the military discount. Anyways not saying I will never go here again because it's close by and again their daily specials are pretty decent but i will definitely do everything I can to not have to. Will definitely try to plan my purchases on days when I'm going into Lacey so I can go to another retailer. If I do have to go to one in Yelm I'll try out some of the others or last resort I would go here if it comes down to it - will definitely be my last choice though. read more

the store is nice and has a great selection to choose from, but my experience was rather really depressing. I hadn't noticed my id was expired, I do not look underage I have full beard, I'm 30 years of age, and I had already tipped the budtender at register 2 before he had scanned my id and informed me it was expired, I didn't even realize, ultimately I had to leave with nothing and with less money in my pocket than what I had left with. I couldn't help but feel robbed. you know if I would have tried to take my money back after that they would have caused a scene, it just gives that vibe there, so to avoid any confrontation I just left sad and feeling dumb. read more

Really should received negative stars. I've been a regular here for around 3 years. Everyone here is absolutely amazing, except one person who's always borderline bullied me by making fun of me in front of anyone. I've also found out that this employee was stalking me. He was approached by my girlfriend at that time without my knowledge. She offered whatever for this guy to keep tabs on me. She gave him all of my information including my address. So I go in tonight and mention to him after he started to make fun of me and he flipped out. Came around the counter told me to leave then Literally shoved me back into the case. I was so humiliated and in shock that I left. Im now waiting for police so I can file assault charges. Im completely shocked and apologize for the lengthy review, but this is out of control. This guy is dangerous and seems like a ticking time bomb waiting to snap. Im sorry that Casey the employee is shady and a bully and sneaks around with other guys girls and when confronted snaps kicks you out of the store physically attacks. Was told by several employees I was allowed to bring my dogs in with no issue. Even confirmed that their sign states "service animals only" and was told by several employees "that didn't really matter". Went to bring my dogs in today, one customer seemed afraid of my dogs even though they were both in heel position and sitting. And I was asked to leave the store and put my dogs in my truck. Poor service from male worker who seemed to be on meth or pills started arguing with me when I asked a price on a item the manager was on site and decided not to give me my medical or military discount after I showed two different forms of ID and medical license she harassed me and is extremely difficult to work with she is small with long sandy brownish blonde haired gal with a horrible aditude and is a horrible person I have come in contact with her several times and it always ends with her being so mean I have ptsd from the trauma for the following few weeks read more

Awesome experience!!! I drove 1 1/2 hours to get there and It was soooooo worth it. The staff is really knowledgeable and very helpful. Great selection and great prices. All of the various goodies are really well displayed. They accept medical cards and have an ATM on standby. They also have a loyalty program and offer various discounts. Most of the people that work here are GREAT and have helped me immensely...however; they just hired or I have just lately noticed and have been assisted by this new older big woman with a gray mullet and she is super slow and has messed up my order at least four times she doesn't even check before she packs it just sends you on your way like she's just inconvenienced that I'm there and needs to get to the next customer... Like I said though others have been great... Casey for example is a joy... I usually always go to bud barn. It's usually quick and easy. But tonight I went in there. They weren't busy 2 budtenders were working. I got my I'd checked at the door and that seems to be all that happened. I am a patient person. I waited for my turn. Once it was my turn the girl tender seemed to not even notice me and started helping the guy after me. No big deal honest mistake. Then the Male tender who checked my I'd at the door even looked right past me and helped the man behind me. I dont believe that was a mistake after that.
