When we went to pick it up, they said there was no record of the order or the payment. This was cleared up, and (luckily) there was time to have it made. We had to cancel a planned excursion and drive an hour back to the store (and an hour back to the condo) to pick up the piece four days later. I understand that mistakes happen. But good customer service would have been to offer us something for the time lost, gas used, and excursion missed. A free tile, coffee mug, or free shipping would have shown that we were appreciated as customers. We have purchased many items from them over the past 20 years or so, but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.
