I submitted several maintenance requests upon moving in and the very next day, a worker came to address and resolve my maintenance requests. Two of them ended up being due to the user (myself not knowing how to work the oven and one of the lights), yet they were still very nice and respectful about the situation even though no repairs were needed. I was able to reschedule my move in appointment with no problem due to college classes. I love my new apartment. I would definitely recommend working with them if you are considering it.

Tyler, Jennifer, Ashley, Jake -- and Michael, my direct leasing rep -- were all amazing. Michael was especially cool, easygoing, and always professional. The entire team was approachable, responsive, and respectful. Even during unforeseen hiccups, they communicated clearly and handled everything with understanding and care. At every interaction, I was treated with dignity. Not just as a tenant -- but as a person. Like any community, there may have been a few individuals who weren't the best fit for apartment living, but that was never a reflection of management or how the property was run. We had to make the home they've lived in the past 57 years more safe. Chris Grochow, the owner, called to check on my parents and within 24 hours we were replacing the upstairs bath with a walk-in shower and moving the laundry from the basement to the main floor.
